The flat is in a very good location, just 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 6 minutes from the beach. Super-fast communication with Hanna, lots of helpful tips. We were allowed to stay in the apartment for 2 hours longer at check-out. Thank you very much for that!

Loved staying here! Super clean, no clutter, great amenities. Host greeted us and gave us a detailed welcome, even helped carry our bags. A bottle of rosé in the fridge was a lovely perk to make us feel at home. Street parking available on the block, and the beach and the supermarket are very close by. We really enjoyed our Nice visit because of this great place!

We had a good time at the apartment. Very good location on a quiet street, 5 min walk from the beach, a lot of really nice restaurants at walking distance. The apartment is as it looks in the photos. Our only problem was that during our stay there was a sewage smell coming from the pipes and it didn't go away, and so we had to keep the windows open.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable, in a quiet residential area with many restaurants nearby. It was a convenient walking distance to the beach so we could go in the sea, then dry off a bit and walk back to the apartment for a shower. It’s also near Alsace-Lorraine train stop which has a train to the airport. A slightly longer but doable 20 minutes walk to the Nice-Ville TER train station which connects with other cities we wanted to visit, like Menton, Monaco, Grasse, Antibes etc. Overall, we had a wonderful stay there.

Cons: - There is only air conditioning in the living room. Only one fan in the bedrooms. And the street is too noisy to sleep with the window open. - no ventilation / controlled mechanical ventilation in the toilet and bathroom. The apartment was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, coffee & croissants (which we miss already) and train/tram/airport. We had very warm weather so the air conditioner was appreciated for sleeping. We cooked basic meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Showers very nice. Washer and drying rack so appreciated. We spent three days at La Plage Amour per Hanna's recommendation and were very happy there. And Hanna was lovely and gracious, we had a midnight arrival and she arranged a black car for our transport and met us with a smile. Thank you.

We stayed here for 3 days. The place is close to many restaurants and parking place since we were driving. The only issue was that the toilet was not in the master bedroom bathroom and common to both bathrooms. This is a small issue, not a major issue. However, it is a nice place and very convenient.

Location was wonderful.  Short walk to the beach.  Surprisingly noisy at night . Beds and bedding were comfortable and so clean.  Kitchen was spotless and had every piece of equipment necessary. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

The apartment is exactly as published. Very comfortable and spacious. It was clean! Access was easy, it has an elevator. The location is excellent, 3 blocks from the coast and close to the entire historic center. We tour everything on foot! The hosts are very attentive and always willing to answer any questions. Everything about the face was just as mentioned in a post or in the ad. There was a slight issue with the smell of the apartment, but that is fixable and they did apologize for it and mention that they would fix it soon but above all else, everything was great.

I stayed 3 days with my family at Michelle's accommodation in Nice. The description and photos of the house fully reflected reality. Very clean, cozy house, equipped with every comfort and practically new! Nothing has been left to chance. The location then, simply excellent! The house is practically in the center. It is possible to reach the pedestrian area in a few minutes on foot, as well as the promenade of the Promenades. We had a great time. Michelle was also super cute. Through whst he left me a lot of useful information and always answered my questions in a super short time. I'll conclude by saying that it was a really wonderful experience for us.

Lovely apartment in a great location. It’s about 15 min walk to Nice Ville station and right near the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and the host was incredible. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind — they answered all our questions and were very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was lovely: cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed — even beach towels, which was a thoughtful and very convenient touch. One small suggestion would be to provide more detailed instructions on where exactly to park temporarily when arriving by car to unload luggage. The street in front of the building is quite busy and narrow,which created a bit of stress during check-in. A tip or map for guests arriving by car would be very helpful. Also worth mentioning — in order to access the elevator and the apartment, you need to carry your luggage up or down a half-flight of stairs, which could be a bit inconvenient for some. But we understand this is just how the building is structured and it is clearly indicated in advert. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very nice in the popular Boulevard Gambetta area. In fact, the area was nicer than we expected based on photos we saw on Google and other sites. The Promenade/Plage is only two blocks away. Nice Ville train station is less than a 15 minute walk and the Alscace Lorraine tran/subway to the airport only 2 blocks away. Several grocery stores are within 3 blocks. Boulevard Victor Hugo and Rue de France and delightful streets to walk to Place Messena (20 minutes) and Nice Ville (30 minutes). The apartment is quite large and nicely equipped. It has 1 toilet that is separated from the 2 bathrooms that contain showers. The A/C worked great. There is a washing machine but no dryer. A large drying rack is provided that helped. The also provided two umbrellas and 6 beach towels. We purchased 2 rollout covers as the Nice beach is stone not sand and the covers and towels were more than adequate. We would definitely rent this unit again. Very good service.

The apartment has only one bathroom but two bathrooms with shower and sink. That for 5 people is a bit uncomfortable but we still had no problem. The beds with comfortable. The kitchen is super-equipped and remodelled. The area is good, but for my taste it is better to be closer to the old town and the shopping street. But it's also very close to the beach, which is also good. There's a supermarket in front and a nice cafe downstairs. Overall, it went well for us.

We loved staying in this apartment. It was fully equipped and very spacious. The apartment was the perfect location for us and easy to get to from the airport. The area was very peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating with our check in and check out times. They were very communicative leading up to the stay and walked us through everything in the apartment on check in. They also provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and bars in Nice which we tried and loved. If we were to return to Nice, we would stay here again!

Our stay was great. We were looked after by Hanna, who allowed us to come in the morning, before the actual check-in time, and leave our luggage. We also got great tips for places to have breakfast. The location of the apartment is excellent. The beach and the center are actually super close and easily accessible. Everything was clean and well maintained, we didn't miss anything. Possibly German TV for messages. We weren't able to find a channel, but didn't try for long either. We will be happy to come back at any time and can highly recommend it.

Michelle and Hanna are amazing, responsive hosts. We landed earlier than expected and they accommodated an early check in short notice. The place is at a nice location with just a 2 min walk to the Nice beach walk. The bathrooms are nice and spacious with the exception of there being only 1 toilet. The rooms do look a bit smaller than what is expected from the photos but we did not have much problem. Be careful of the elevator it does not sense your hands a lot of times. There are 2 flights of stairs you need to take even if u want to take the elevator so bags could be issued for some. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is nicely organised! Overall a pleasant experience

We loved our stay at Michelle's flat. The flat itself was really clean, with 2 good sized rooms, a great kitchen/living area and in a great location. the flat is a 5 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglaise with lots of nice cafes and supermarkets nearby. Michelle was really responsive and helped me with any requests I had, like having a high chair. Overall I'd really recommend this flat!

It is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk to cafes, grocery stores, and pharmacies. It is also a short walk to restaurants and the Promenade des Anglais. Hanna is a great host! The place is very central if one wants to go to the beach. There is a supermarket less than 50 yards away and then countless eateries within 5-10 minutes of a walking distance. The place itself is well-organised, clean and more than enough for a family of 4 adults.

Booking this apartment was probably the best thing that we did for our stay in Nice. It was homely from the point we stepped through the doors. We arrived to Nice late in the evening, but someone was there to meet us, check us in and show us everything we needed to know. The supermarket is literally downstairs and a minute away, beautiful coffee shops within a minutes walk, the tram station a few minutes away and the beach just down the road - literally a perfect location for our trip. The apartment was clean & well stocked for our family of 4. Aircon and fans in the rooms, so we were all able to sleep restfully. The dining space was sufficient to make some work calls and the overall ambiance meant the kids felt right at home straight away. Some small touches like having beach towels/mats really helped because we traveled light. Again, the location was prime for us and if I could give it more than 5 starts for that I really would. Most definitely will book again - soon!

The location was perfect for us, everything in walking distance, shops restaurants and beech. We got the train to Cannes and Antibes again the station was in walking distance. Excellent Airbnb with an excellent host. The Airbnb was in a great location a super short walk to the beach. The host was super responsive making check-in easy, she also went above and beyond to fix an issue we were having with the wifi as quickly as possible. There were 5 of us and the appartment was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were even beach towels provided. We were also permitted a slightly later checkout and were allowed to leave our bags until the afternoon allowing us to enjoy our last day fully. Hanna provided us with excellent restaurant and bar recommendations as well via google maps! Overall a really pleasant stay.

Overall good place to stay. We stayed for 4 nights. Location is quiet and safe, 15 min walk from main downtown. You only get one roll of toilet paper, so you have to get your own if you are staying for a long time. Also, you only get one large bath towel per person in your group. Our towels needed a wash after a few days of use, but we didn’t wash them because they would have taken too long to air dry, and we didn’t have extra bath towels. However, you can pay to get extra towels. Also, there are loud upstairs neighbors that you can hear walking around in the morning. Our host was very responsive. The apartment is spacious and clean. All beds are comfortable. No AC in the bedrooms, so we slept with the doors opens. The host also gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice!

Great stay with the family! Hanna welcomed us as soon as we arrived, and the apartment was impeccable! Very clean and very well furnished, I recommend this apartment for those who want to enjoy Nice. Ideally located a few minutes from the beach, next to a supermarket and a pharmacy, and a 15-minute walk from the train station (ideal for exploring the neighbouring towns!). In short, a little slice of paradise. The residence is very quiet, and the lift and air conditioning are a real treat! Don't hesitate!

We had a great stay in this lovely flat, which is very well located: just a stone's throw from the sea, the Negresco and the tram. We were travelling by car so that we could explore the area, and we always found a place to park easily in the surrounding streets. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, with quality bedding in particular. It's a real pleasure to be so well received.

Excellent stay in this apartment close to the beach and close to supermarkets. Excellent welcome and Hannah! Everything is very well thought out to put us at ease. We felt like we were in a 4-star apartment!

We had an easily 5-star stay at Le Balaréllo apartment hosted by Hanna and Michelle. It was newly renovated with all modern luxuries while keeping the charm of the old building. It looks even better than the listing pictures. The neighborhood is very safe and a short walk to stores and the beach. The closest subway station is Alsace-Lorraine which can take you directly to the airport. Otherwise, the TGV station is a 15-min walk or a €10 Uber ride. I highly recommend this place, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far, with a most courteous and professional host in Hanna.

Wonderful apartment. Spent a long weekend here with my daughter who loved the space. Modern design, clean with fantastic showers and everything you need. Kitchen is well appointed, although we did not cook due to abundance of great restaurants. Short walk to the old town which was needed to walk off the food.

It's a very nice place to stay. The apartment was very clean and the distances to the beach and the city were great! There was nothing missing that we needed during our stay, especially in the kitchen. The whole apartment is very nicely furnished. Check-in/check-out was very easy and without any problems thanks to Hanna, who also always answered our questions very quickly. We can only highly recommend it!

The welcome from Hanna (co-host) was very warm, and we immediately felt welcome. The lift in the building is of course great, and the few steps up to the lift and down to the flat were not a problem at all. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a well-functioning air conditioning unit in the dining room/living room, and there is a fan with a "night function" in each of the bedrooms. When the windows are open, you can only sleep with earplugs, because it is very noisy on the street. Two great bathrooms with a shower and a toilet completed the flat. There were also towels and parasols for the beach *thumbs up*.

Our stay in Nice went very well, the apartment is very well furnished, the amenities ( bedding, kitchen) are of very good quality. We appreciated the air conditioning during the hot weather. The neighborhood is pleasant, close to the sea and within walking distance of old Nice. We really appreciated Hanna's kindness which was good advice and very responsive.
