In the heart of Nice's Carré d'Or pedestrian zone, between the famous Place Masséna and the famous Hôtel Negresco, and just 5 walking minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, this magnificent 2-room apartment awaits you. Located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, it benefits from exceptional brightness, and you can watch relaxed the bustle of the pedestrian street from the balcony with a glass of wine.
The space
Here are the main features of this elegant apartment:Entrance: a long hallway leads you into the bright living room with kitchen and balcony.
Living and dining room: The living room has plenty of natural light and offers a cozy place to relax. There is a large flat-screen TV, a high-quality sofa and a table with seating for 4 people. The balcony offers a wonderful sunny place to watch the action on the pedestrian street with a glass of wine. The quality sofa is at the same time a bed, which we can prepare when you have booked for more than 2 people.
Kitchen: The kitchen is modern, functional and very well equipped: Hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and even a washing machine have found their place here. The kitchen has a good work surface and a bar table with two stools.
Bedroom: The bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) has a built-in wardrobe with enough space to store your belongings.
Shower room: The stylish Italian shower offers very good comfort and there is enough space for your cosmetics.
WC: The WC is separate from the shower room.
South-facing: Enjoy the Mediterranean sun almost all day long.

Please note that there is a step (it's really just a step) to take to access the elevator. We've included a photo of the step in the photo gallery, as well as a photo of the elevator to give you an idea of its size.
Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash, via Credit Card and is due at check-in.

Best location in town! The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is in a great location! It is in the middle of a pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Even though the area is busy, the apartment is very quiet. There are electric rolling blackout shades to block out light and noise-making for a perfect sleep! The best part was having an elevator to help bring luggage up to the third floor. The balcony has an amazing view and it’s the perfect place to watch the world go by. Even though it is on a pedestrian street taxis in Ubers can pick up or drop off within one minute of the apartment. It is also very close to the beach and old town. Everything was amazing. It’s perfect for two people.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, very central and close to everything, which made exploring Nice so easy. The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only minor issues were that the bathroom sink was clogged and we could have used a few more towels. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Nice!

Christophe’s home was a wonderful place to base oneself to explore the South of France. The location is unbeatable. It is walkable to a lot of things to do in Nice. And the amenities really made the experience even better. Little details like being welcomed with a bottle of rosé and for a curly haired girl the fact that the Airbnb had a diffuser attachment (which may be silly, but this was a huge perk in the summer heat as a curly haired girl). Plus the central air was amazing. The summer heat was brutal, but the home always provided a nice oasis after exploring. I would gladly stay in Christophe’s place again.

Beautiful small apartment. Tastefully designed. Really nice towels and linens. And very clean and well cared for. The location is great. Even though above busy street - it isn’t loud. It may be too small for 4 people even though a nice sleeper sofa. Unless, just weekend without large suitcases. Worth considering. I’ll recommend to friends. Host very responsive and helpful.
