Discover our lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment, called "The Bright Side".
In the heart of Nice's Carré d'Or pedestrian zone, between the famous Place Masséna and the famous Hôtel Negresco, and just 5 walking minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, this magnificent 2-room apartment awaits you. Located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, it benefits from exceptional brightness, and you can watch relaxed the bustle of the pedestrian street from the balcony with a glass of wine.
The space
Here are the main features of this elegant apartment:

Entrance: a long hallway leads you into the bright living room with kitchen and balcony.

Living and dining room: The living room has plenty of natural light and offers a cozy place to relax. There is a large flat-screen TV, a high-quality sofa and a table with seating for 4 people. The balcony offers a wonderful sunny place to watch the action on the pedestrian street with a glass of wine. The quality sofa is at the same time a bed, which we can prepare when you have booked for more than 2 people.

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern, functional and very well equipped: Hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and even a washing machine have found their place here. The kitchen has a good work surface and a bar table with two stools.

Bedroom: The bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) has a built-in wardrobe with enough space to store your belongings.

Shower room: The stylish Italian shower offers very good comfort and there is enough space for your cosmetics.

WC: The WC is separate from the shower room.

South-facing: Enjoy the Mediterranean sun almost all day long.
Guest access
The entire apartment is at your disposal for the period you have booked.

Please note that there is a step (it's really just a step) to take to access the elevator. We've included a photo of the step in the photo gallery, as well as a photo of the elevator to give you an idea of its size.

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash, via Credit Card and is due at check-in.

We had a great time in this place, flat was fully equipped and clean. Location is fantastic you can go by walk everywhere old town, beach or tram. Communication also was great with Celine. Reccomend

We really enjoyed our stay here. We picked this place due to it's location - being close to the beach and the gardens that run through the centre of town - and it definitely delivered. The street outside the apartment can be lively at night - but that is part of the deal with being central. Christophe left some nice touches for us, with a bottle of rose and some snacks waiting for us. The apartment was also very clean and modern. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable homebase, close to the action in Nice!

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets nearby.The room was also very clean and beautiful, just like the photos.Staying in a nice room made it a good memory of our honeymoon.Thank you very much.

Otherwise, the replacement of the lock, which can amount to several thousand euros, will be done at your expense. Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In) Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each). With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
