Our stay was absolutely fantastic, the location is brilliant with lime bikes just round the corner for a quick cycle towards the old town. The host was so accommodating and the check in was really easy and was based around our flight times. Would definitely recommend.

A great, comfortable place, 3 blocks from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Washer, iron and ironing board were important, since I had been travelling for a while. The bed was super comfortable. And the architecture of the building and those surrounding were delightful. A great neighborhood for any holiday stay.

Pros: - Excellent communication (the host is available via a messaging app and they even prepared a handbook with every detail you need). - Great location next to the beach. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, subway, etc. - Kitchen well-equipped - Nice small Juliet balcony - Extras (Umbrella for the beach, two TVs, etc.) Cons: - Too warm for August (it was communicated to us that there is no AC and there are fans but we didn't know it would be that uncomfortable. The flat was unbelievably warm). I don't recommend booking this place in summer. - There were cockroaches in the flat. - Paid check-in is not great and there should be a self-checking possibility for late arrivals (there are no surprises and the hosts communicate everything clearly in advance).

Our stay in Nice had its ups and downs. The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore the city. However, a few issues made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. Firstly, there was an additional charge for arriving late, which seemed unnecessary considering that most places now offer self-check-in. The biggest drawback was the lack of air conditioning—it was unbearable to sleep at night. This was the only place out of the 11 we stayed at throughout our month in Europe that didn’t have AC, and unfortunately, the two small fans provided didn’t make much of a difference. The apartment itself is very small and cramped; we could only lay down one suitcase at a time, making it hard to unpack and feel settled. The bathroom was also problematic. The water heater or tank caused a lot of condensation whenever the water was on, leaving the bathroom wet and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were q

The hosts were very responsive and helpful especially when we had a few issues. The apartment is in a great location and lovely building, easy to get to from the airport, close to the promenade and old town. The apartment was clean and had everything need for a comfortable stay. We were a couple with a 7 month old baby. I don’t think it would be a comfortable size for 4 adults as another review had mentioned. There were some small issues, the balcony doors were very difficult to open, the internal doors don’t stay shut and the shutters were also hard to open. It isn’t the most baby friendly apartment. The lift is too small to fit a pram without folding it down, the bedroom is small and not much room for a travel cot and there isn’t much floor space. There is no aircon so it does get hot. Also have to pay £15 for a high chair which is from ikea and costs £15 to buy. There also had been a treatment for ants which were only made aware of on arrival rather than before.

Great apartment for a city stay in Nice. Getting there from the airport was very easy, thanks to the almost door-to-door connection of the L2 tram line. Both the Old Town and Nice Ville trainstation were a comfortable 15-20 minute walk away, which made it a good hub from which to explore the city and the wider Côte d'Azur with ease. Walking along the beach or through the beautiful city to get around was very pleasant. The apartment itself was modern and neat, situated in a calm building on a reasonably calm street (considering you're in a big city). While the bedroom + pull-out couch in the living room provides sleeping space for 4, the single bathroom and small breakfast table might make it more suitable to 2-3 guests if you want to avoid things feeling a tad crowded in the morning. Laetitia and Hannah were great hosts and at all times very responsive to all our questions. Their flexibility on the checkout time made out departure day a lot easier, so a big thanks to them for that!

Our host Hanna was beyond our expectations! She was responsible, smart, communicated with us promptly and respectfully. She was a big plus in our stay. The apartment is cute and very functional. In this small space you can find everything you need. There’s all the kitchen stuff you’ll need, washer, clothing rack, vacuum, plenty of clean towels and everything looks clean and fresh. The place close to great cafes and bakeries and the sea, of course.

Loved the condo & location. I’m a deep sleeper, but you might pack some ear plugs, because there are 2 after hour clubs nearby. I definitely recommend this condo!!!!

This was a really great place to stay in Nice! Great location -- it was a short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The area was quiet and felt really safe. And the apartment itself was beautiful and really clean. The host was lovely and very communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again! :)

What a gem this place is! I had the most comfortable, enjoyable stay at this airbnb. The place is more beautiful in person than the photos. I appreciate how updated and beautifully decorated the whole place. Kitchen is complete if you want to whip up a meal. I appreciated the Nespresso machine and starter coffee pods. The building is very private and serene. I would like to thank Nona for making my trip a very happy, memorable one. My train from Paris came in late and Nona was at the gate waiting for me. She gave me the the tour of the apartment and gave great advice and tips on making sure I enjoy the apartment, the fabourg Gambetta and Nice. Thank you Nona for your 5 star service!

Such a cute apartment with simply an amazing location with everything in walking distance. Communiation with host was quick and easy and checking in flexible. The only thing I can mention is that you hear cars/conversations from the street, so if you're a light sleeper like me, bring ear plugs :) Loved staying here!

Really great, secure apartment close to everything. Well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. We stayed here for 5 days and could have easily stayed for longer. Everything had been thought about which made staying there super easy. 3 minutes walk to the promenade and beaches, 5 minutes to the tram/ buses and 12 minutes to the main train station. There are many good restaurants and supermarkets close by, the main stretch of restaurants (prior to the old town) is about 5 minutes up the road with all streets being well lit.

My husband and I stayed in this adorable apartment for over a week. It was super clean, quiet and had all the comforts of home. It is also very close to the beach and several great cafes and restaurants. Laetitia and Hanna were extremely responsive and even helped us proactively secure car services and a few groceries to help us begin our stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Nice!

The apartment is located right next to the Promenade and its beaches in a neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants. Unfortunately, it does not have air conditioning which is a real inconvenience in the middle of summer, especially since it requires keeping the shutters closed during the day and therefore living in the dark. However, quality fans are available. The host was available to share several recommendations with us but gave us a lot of guidelines as well. Unforeseen additional fees had to be paid upon arrival. Finally, it is not possible to leave your luggage after checkout which can be problematic if you leave late.

Cute flat two blocks away from the beach. Very comfortable, lovely furniture, perfectly clean… and generously equipped including basic products such as salt/pepper, sugar, olive oil, aceto balsamico… AND a bottle of Rosé as a welcome. The flat is managed by Hanna, a real professional in property management. Hanna is amazing and she has a great sense of customer satisfaction. She has gone to great length to make the stay extraordinary.

The apartment is very well located, clean and fully complies with the description. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have air conditioning, which we only noticed after arrival. A corresponding note is included in the description, but we did not notice it before the booking. The lack of the air conditioning system negatively affected the value for us as it gets extremely hot in the accommodation. We were there in July. Outside of the summer months, however, we would book the apartment again at any time.

My 3kids and I had an amazing stay here! It was the perfect location and an incredibly helpful and quick to reply host. 5 minute walk to the beach and many bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. A 25 minute walk to the old town, and a 20 minute drive to Villefranche Sur Mar for anyone wanting a Sandy beach. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our 4 day stay including an umbrella for beach. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Laetitia’s place exceeded expectations! It was clean, chic, and had everything we needed. Hanna (her co-host) was super friendly, easy to reach, and provided great local recommendations. The building felt very safe (we were two young girls traveling alone). The apartment is located in a perfect spot - far enough from the old town that it is quiet at night, but it is still walkable to everywhere. Would stay with Latricia and Hanna again!

Clean and spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. We were greeted with a bottle of Rose and the host helped us with our luggage to the flat. The location is a block from the beach and half a block from parking. The old town is a 10 min walk and offers unlimited restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the farmers market with fresh fruits and fare.

Wonderful unit with an amazingly convenient location, three short blocks to the beach! It's comfortable with good amenities. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it can be difficult to sleep with the windows open due to occasional street noise.

The apartment is great for a small family! The location is perfect. Host was very welcoming and communication was excellent. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. Exactly as the pictures, except the window by the kitchen counter is permanently closed with shutters which makes the kitchen darker then the picture but not a big deal. The building has a small cast iron elevator that can fit one adult and stroller or luggage. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great and I hope we can come back soon! Hanna, the co-host, was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very well located, with plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops around. We used some of Hanna’s recommendations around and were very happy with the places. The apartment is also well furnished and has everything you need - cutlery, pans, pots, etc. An additional little things, such as salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. is very nice to find. It was also exceptionally well cleaned, probably on top of the cleanest places I’ve ever rented through Airbnb!

The apartment is well connected to the airport a few minutes from the stop of line 2 of the Alsace-Lorraine tramway. We went to the town and was perfect. The third floor Apartment is modern and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The lift works well. The Apartment is conveniently located 7 minutes to the nearest tram station and 5 minutes to the bus stop. It is also at a walking distance to the promenade with the route lined with many restaurants that are open till late and offer different cuisines. There is also a departmental store, Carrefour, which can be used to fulfil daily needs. Hannah, our host, was gracious, helpful and the check in was smooth. We had a comfortable stay.

The hosts were so nice and easy to contact if you had any questions. In addition, Hannah gave us serval tips to what to eat and see in Nice which did the stay even better. Wonderful host and perfect location. 5 min walk to Promenade des Anglais and to Rue De France that has a bunch of bars and restaurants. It’s about a 10 min walk to Old Nice. The apartment was exactly what my husband and I needed for a 4 day trip to Nice. We were able to travel to various parts of the Cote de Azur from our perfect “home away from home”. The only con I had but at no fault of our hostess was the noise at 230 am from the Nice partygoers on Friday and Sat night. Sort of comical… :) but none the less loud. If you have windows closed then won’t be a problem. Thank you!

We had a great time at Laëtitia's apartment, well distributed, well furnished and well-equipped. Everything is planned to be comfortable. The location is ideal: close to shops, the beach, the train station, the tram. One point of improvement: simple glazing.

Excellent apartment for a couple to discover Nice. Perfect location reasonably central with good transport links. The facilities in the apartment are of a great standard almost home from home. There is some work taking place at the entrance to the apartment block to upgrade the cycling lane into the city centre which was a little noisy but this should be finished reasonably soon and will only add to the excellent transport links (bike hire very local). Would highly recommend for a holiday or even a business trip if hotels are not your favourite places to stay.

Very charming and clean apartment, looks exactly like in the pictures. The location is great, even though there was some construction work on the street, but it didn’t bother us. Hanna was super friendly and helpful at all times! Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laetitia's appartement in Nice, and would definitely stay there again :-) The location was great, with close proximity to the promenade, great food stores and the city center. Thumbs up for a super clean appartement with great standards and everything we needed in the kitchen, we loved to cook dinner in the evenings and enjoy our meal next to the balcony. Hanna was very helpful and accurate, and told us everything we needed to know about the appartement and also gave us lots of great tips! The only downside was the temperature inside the appartement during night. The fans did the job however. Best regards, Karoline & Silje

Good And safety location. Very close the promenade. There is a construction site in front of the house. it is sometimes a bit noisy. The host is pretty Smart and always available. I recommend the Apartment-for two person!

Apartment was beautiful and modern, located very close to the beach and several delicious food places and supermarkets. It was very clean, and kitted out with modern and fresh amenities. We cooked for two of the nights and found we had everything we needed. We did find the apartment to be quite hot during the summer, but a good quality fan is provided. Bring earplugs if you have the windows open overnight.
