Our stay at greenacre was great. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 3 children & 2 dogs. Also the host was very pro active when we had an issue with the hot tub testing. Was a clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as a cot & highchair for our little one. Great stay & would definitely use again.

We stayed here over the Christmas period with family and had a really lovely, comfortable stay. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, from utensils to pots and pans, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, tidy, and very comfortable — everyone slept well throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Fresh Escapes again, whether at this property or one of their others. Highly recommended!

If you have booked here be prepared to re clean before your stay, with crushed Easter eggs in the corner, ants everywhere you couldn’t enjoy a drink,filthy floor not suitable for crawling children. Brown stained towels, window broken , dust and dirt gathered all in corners on downstairs and all shirting . Crumbs all over the down stairs seating area along with underneath thick with bundles of dust we had to spend our first hour cleaning the property have reported all this back to the owners and they have been so slow with responses and happy with their cleaners. Other than than was a great stay but will never use “fresh escapes” again, wish we took the other reviews more seriously before booking

Noise & Neighbour Consideration Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 1030 PM – 8 AM No loud music inside, parties, or disruptive behaviour. No music to be played outside. 3. Smoking, Pets & Candles No smoking or vaping inside the property. A designated smoking area is available [if applicable]. For properties that accept pets, please clean up after them and keep them off furniture. No open flames, including candles or incense. 4. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal Please keep the property tidy and leave it as you found it. Dispose of waste in the designated bins. Recycling instructions can be found [location]. Report any spills or damages immediately to help us address them quickly. 5. Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Ensure all appliances are turned off after use. Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests. Clean all dishes and pots before putting in dishwasher 6. Damage & Breakages Accidents happen! Please inform us of any damages or breakages so we can address them. Guests may be responsible for the cost of significant damages beyond normal wear and tear. 7. Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your group. 8. Amenities & Utilities Use water and electricity responsibly. Do not tamper with heating, air conditioning, or electrical equipment.
