This apartment in the heart of Exeter and with that is very easy access to the high street which is what we were after. The view of the cathedral was incredible and the unit was nicely laid out and was pretty comfortable. I wish there had been a dresser in the bedroom & more hangers though. No A/C so be aware if booking in the summer. The noise that other reviewers described is accurate BUT none of it carried into the bedroom. I would have given this stay a full 5 stars had it not been for the mold in the washing machine and the response I had from the property manager. If you're sensitive to mold or just don't want to wash your clothes in it, I would consider staying elsewhere. The washing machine was covered in a thick layer of it and after asking if it could be sanitized or we could get a few more clean towels, I was told that the machine was safe to use and not to worry. The mold extended all the way into the detergent drawer and the slime around the rubber seal was disgusting.

Excellent central location in Exeter, views over cathedral and Dartmoor. Interactions with host were adequate but impersonal, all through web forms with multiple clicks, no people involved.

Our stay here was perfect, a fully informative guide was sent before check in with local recommendations and clear instructions for arrival. The apartment itself is beautiful and was spotlessly clean. We arrived on the hottest weekend of the year and the apartment was perfectly airy, but also a fan was provided which we used! Only half an hour from the top of Dartmoor and within immediate walking distance of restaurants/bars. Highly recommend this lovely place!!

A very nice flat in a great location. The flat is very spacious with quality finishes throughout. We heard noise on the green during the day and were a bit concerned about our sleep, but the location of the bedroom at the rear meant we didn’t hear a thing at night and slept well on a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is great. Very nicely furnished with all you could need except laundry soap! Nicely appointed with comfortable bed, but for US visitors this is a UK king which is the size of a U.S. queen. Great shower. Living area is beautiful with amazing view of cathedral. Area seems to be in transition so mind how you go in the evenings.

Perfectly located at the Cathedral Green. A lovely apartment for those who enjoys people-watching. Yet it could be noisy at night as people tend to gather around the area as well. There’s no toiletries provided so do remember to bring them along.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Amazing views of the cathedral and close to all the city centre shops, bars & restaurants. Pictures of the apartment are very accurate, check in process was a doddle and host was very proactive throughout the stay to ensure that there were no issues.

The place is looking “ tired “ and needs a good spruce up – paint etc .. I was very annoyed about the TV not being as expected , not being able to sit back and relax in the evening watching normal TV …very poor I also didn’t see anything in the description warning us of the rough sleepers , drunks , druggies and beggars sleeping in the doorway. They would all gather last thing at night + first thing in the morning outside the front door , loud music , singing , cursing , leaving empty cans / bottles , rubbish etc everywhere …..not great

This apartment was just perfect On the top floor of the building, but it has a reliable lift, so we were fine. Spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this, and I’d bet you take plenty of photos from the windows.

A lovely apartment with direct views over the cathedral- just like the photos! Well furnished with all you could need for a self catering stay. Very central for all shops and restaurants and exploring the city. Hosts were quick to respond to our queries. Parking on Southernhay (5 mins walk) free overnight but chargeable from 8am and max 1 hour paid parking, so had to move by 9am. Plenty of other car parks nearby and most can pay via app.

Super clean, super central, well equipped. I had a very comfortable few days here. Heads up if you're planning to work from here: the internet is not particularly fast and I did occasionally have to hotspot off my phone to do video calls.

Cathedral view was very well appointed and lived up to the pictures. The Cathedral was very impressive and our stay was enhanced by the lively events in the Cathedral courtyard.

Great location, stylish apartment but needs a bedroom overhaul. The access is easy and secure and ideal for being extremely central. A nice feel, to the space with plenty of room for a couple and drinks guests.

Excellent accommodation, views over Cathedral, central to all the shopping. Very enjoyable stay. Just need to sort out your parking options first, as no parking at accommodation. Small inconvenience, but the accommodation more than makes up for this!!!

Really lovely accommodation and the location is absolutely perfect. Everything was well kept and the accommodation was very clean. One slight problem we had was with the bedroom, the window backs on to a fire escape/stairwell with some bright outdoor lights. unfortunately the blinds weren't enough to darken the room.

Lovely centrally located apartment. Amazing view of cathedral. Quality of furnishings are excellent are very well equipped. Some superb restaurants on the door step including The Ivy and a wonderful Moroccan restaurant. Only negative is the number of homeless people that reside in the door ways around the apartment that was a little intimidating.

A really lovely apartment in the centre of Exeter, flat is modern and has great views and amenities. It is very close to restaurants and the station too. Sadly other residents of the building made alot of noise all night during our stay so wasn't quite as relaxing as we had hoped.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and much needed down time visiting Exeter despite the ongoing pandemic. The flat was so lovely and so well placed to visit all the shops and few sights that were currently open at this time. The flat itself was super comfortable and centrally located for all amenities with all the mod cons you could need. Comfy bed and a relaxing atmosphere with great weather also. The only point to note is if you have a larger car, do not park in NCP as the parking spaces are tiny. We have a Range Rover and ended up with a chipped door from another car door. It's within easy walking distance of the flat though and safe for 24 hour parking but definitely not suitable for larger cars. Other than that, this flat is well worth booking for a stay in Exeter and surrounding areas. You won't be disappointed

Great location and tremendous view of the cathedral. Very easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed and good quality towels. If you need to use the lift check before you book that this is now working reliably. We used the stairs which was fine for us.

A wonderful apartment, couldnt fault it, lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Absolutely beautiful view of the cathedral from the window. The only negative for us was the homeless/drunk/drug users that habituated in the cathedral grounds in the evenings through to the morning. They were quite loud and it was very intimidating. Such a shame as otherwise this would have been an outstanding stay.

Great location, very clean and modern with great views of the cathedral. James was quick to respond to questions. For parking I stayed in the Cathedral and Quay Car Park- 3-4 mins walk-it is free from 6.00pm -8.00am and is locked up from 11.00pm. But drove into the square to drop things off at the flat, there is a loading bay just in front where you can park.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Its position is superb and looks straight out onto the Cathedral square. Morning light floods the sitting room. The decor is elegant and practical. Everything is very comfortable and well chosen.
