A lovely stay. The property is spacious, well equipped and perfectly suited our multi-generational family group. The stunning views, beautiful garden and decking area were highlights, and it was fantastic to find a pet-friendly property. The large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space was ideal for socialising, while the snug gave the teenagers somewhere to relax with Netflix. Comfortable beds, excellent parking and clear check-in instructions all added to a great stay. The only minor issue was a problem with one of the toilets, and unfortunately we didn't receive a response from the management company over the weekend. However, this didn't detract too much from an otherwise wonderful stay. We'd happily return and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for three nights as a group of eight and were disappointed that the property fell short of the advertised “immaculate” standard\. Despite paying nearly £2,000, we found caked\-on food and grease in the ovens, dirty barbecues, blackened gunk in the sink and shower plugs, soiled grout on the tiles and shower screens, dirty skirting boards, piles of dead flies, and debris left by previous guests. We reported these issues with photographs the following morning. Although a cleaner attended, several problems remained. We also offered Fresh Escapes an opportunity to inspect the property before checkout so they could see how dirty the house was but received no response. The house itself is lovely but its filth & cleanliness was below the expected standard. Airbnb were very supportive throughout and we thank them for that.

Had a lovely short stay at this property. The views are exceptional, and the outdoor decking area, kitchen and dining area were stunning, even better than the pictures. The bedrooms were also lovely. Easy to catch the ferry to Dartmouth, and there is a lovely little pub at the bottom of the hill. Overall a great stay,

Amazing property, beautifully decorated in a sea/nautical theme. We were a multi generational family (elderly parents, 2 families with 2 teenagers and 2 children) staying at the property which was very spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped and open plan, with the sun in the dining / lounge / deck area in the afternoon. We stayed at the height of summer so the ac in the kitchen / dining area was a nice touch. There was a separate tv room, functional utility area and one bedroom with en suite downstairs (perfect for elderly parents). 4 good sized bedrooms upstairs, one en suite. Small negative was the hot water situation, after a few people showered, the water would go cold and we would have to wait for the water to heat up before the next batch of people were able to use the showers. However with a bit of planning we overcame this issue. Overall, a lovely property and would visit again.

A multi generational extended family long weekend (4 children including 8 month old baby to mid seventies in laws with mobilityproblems) to attend a family wedding. lovely spacious house that easily accommodated 8 adults , two children and two infants/ baby in 5 good sized bedrooms. well equipped kitchen and modern appliances. furniture throughout house and bathrooms/ ensuites to two main bedrooms in good order. large decking area and outside furniture to a high standard.

No music to be played outside. 3. Smoking, Pets & Candles No smoking or vaping inside the property. A designated smoking area is available [if applicable]. For properties that accept pets, please clean up after them and keep them off furniture. No open flames, including candles or incense. 4. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal Please keep the property tidy and leave it as you found it. Dispose of waste in the designated bins. Recycling instructions can be found [location]. Report any spills or damages immediately to help us address them quickly. 5. Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Ensure all appliances are turned off after use. Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests. Clean all dishes and pots before putting in dishwasher 6. Damage & Breakages Accidents happen! Please inform us of any damages or breakages so we can address them. Guests may be responsible for the cost of significant damages beyond normal wear and tear. 7.
