A beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment. Very light and in a great position to access shops, restaurants and ferry terminals. There was a slight delay in getting the keys but fortunately there was an undercover seated area at the front of the property where we were able to wait. Our parking space was always available. We all enjoyed our stay.

An attractive and well presented apartment close to the harbour,. I found communication with the properties’ management company to be good . However, the WiFi connection in the property was poor making T. V and internet use difficult.

Lovely apartment, surprisingly light for a basement flat! Well equipped kitchen and the whole place was lovely and clean. Easy walk down to Torquay harbour and a lovely beach called Beacon Cove just down the road. Towns like Brixham, Paignton, Dartmouth and Kingswear are all within a 30 min drive and all worth a visit. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was well decorated with a selective and unique theme. They provided all the stuff for our kids needed at any home. The suite room was very nicely designed which gives a fresh look in whitish and greenish colour theme. Private parking was bit tight for a 4 by 4 car. Some neighbours were friendly and cooperative and some were not when you try to access the property from the back door. Everything about the property was well described and was available on the coffee table in the sitting room in the form of document. You can also read the comments from previous people who lived before from the comments book given in the sitting room. Property was well secured with multiple layers of the looks. Front view is the main thing about this property when you are standing on the road, you can see the entire coastline. We’ll definitely recommend to our friends and would like to visit again.
