Great place in an amazing location! Highly recommend. Only thing I would recommend would be a comfier bed, it’s not bad but could be better. Apart from that the apartment has everything you need, free parking on the road outside and lots of places to visit and see. Lovely view of the marina.

Stunning view and location!!The flat is small but has everything you need but is old and needs some maintenance work. Difficult to locate as the check instructions were not clear, building is very old, looks like a drug den and needs a lot of work doing. There is was a massive hole in the wall with cables showing outside the room. No WiFi. The bed is very old, stained and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t walk around in the studio with no socks on. Oh and an added touch the host will accuse you of doing drugs!!! Definitely wont be returning

Stayed for 3 nights, amazing view and and clean studio. Beautiful location and plenty to do in the area. You do have to keep an eye on the fire exit as it is frequently used and therefore left open. The ironing board cover needs replacing as there's very little foam left and the metal leaves marks on your clothing. As mentioned in recent reviews, the wifi does not work; it is a different router to what is in the manual and the password for the actual router in the flat doesn't work. We did contact Fresh Escapes who assured us they would speak with the owner and come back to us, we did not get an update. Overall, the flat needs some tlc.

Perfect and beautiful view the room was clean but I had the problem with the tv it doesn't connect to the wifi in the room so I have to use my personal hotspot which is not a problem to me but after all everything was perfect

Another over priced flea pit by Airbnb that is actually run by a different management company nowhere near the location and have probably not seen it! They also want you to sign up to their site to get instructions!! Totally out of order. Hall way and stairs dirty and damage to plaster on walls with large gaping holes visible. Could not get oven working. The bed settee was a disaster and not in a good state of repair. No internet as instructions and passwords were wrong with out of date information. This was flagged by previous guests among other issues in the booklet, however, no one had read comments or must have fallen on deaf ears! The main door has an entry keypad, but this was pointless as the fire exit by my door was continually left open. A continuous alarming sound at the main entrance with bricks holding open an alarm panel door? Overall, while the location was good with great views I found the place small, tatty, tired and lacking tlc and definitely not worth the money

Only stayed for a few days, it was homey and clean. One of the best parts was the view from the balcony, always sat outside with a cup of tea. Overall, the place was clean, didn’t smell, had all the equipment you needed. One thing that we had trouble with was the bed. It was comfortable but the pillows… I wouldn’t exactly call them pillows, they were really flat. But generally, would stay here again.

Ideal location and a lovely studio. Communication good, with easy free parking. Stunning balcony views and provided everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend

This is the cosiest little studio we have ever stayed in and the views were outstanding. I really can't fault this little treasure in any way. Its about a 10 minute walk to the beachfront down steps, about 130 give or take a few, or just follow the road if the steps are too much.

I had such a lovely 3 days here. The views were amazing and the flat had everything I needed. The gardens were beautiful too and I even managed to sit out there in February! Would really recommend.

No accurate information in the airbnb ads; they have mentioned (1bedroom.1bed), and down they have mentioned; (1sofabed). The property is very small. When you make the sofa as a bed, you can’t move in the studio. Sosabed is not clean compared to the value (£207). Bed cover, duvet and belows color is not white, so you can’t judge the clean of it. Kitchen is very good. Minimum booking is 3 nights, because any one will see the property will not stay.

What an lovely little place with even more amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay and would return just note it is a studio flat so the be is the couch folded down we thought there was a separate bedroom. Not a great issue we just left the bed down and used that as a sofa !!

A small but wonderful little apartment, perfect for a couple. We absolutely loved our time here, and the view was stunning even when it rained. Equipped with everything you could need and a reasonable walk to shops and the seafront, though admittedly somewhat steep in places. The housekeeper was so lovely and the team so helpful. We didn't want to leave!
