Top house! Stayed here with 8 person (including 3 kids). Spacious and cozy. Please pay attention to the low beams on the first floor. David was a nice host!

Great chalet, very comfortable with underfloor heating. Wonderful stay. Breathtaking view of the Aravis Mountains. TV not at the level of the standard of the chalet; small size, channels through the antenna inaccessible...and if you want to read a book or watch a DVD it is better to speak English.

We spent two summer weeks in Les Sonnailles and are delighted! The chalet is quietly located, between Le Grand-Bornand and Chinaillon (5 minutes) and faces the Aravis mountain range, Danay and Mont Lachat de Châtillon. The view is exceptional from the living/dining room, one of the bedrooms and the terrace. A few steps away the children found chickens to feed and were able to witness the milking of the cows. The cottage is very well equipped and decorated. Only downside, the kitchen is undersized given the number of people that the cottage can accommodate, but it remains very well equipped with dishes, utensils, appliances and cookware (there are mostly worktops and a few cabinets for food missing). The three bedrooms with double beds each have their shower rooms, while the two bedrooms with two single beds each share a bathroom. Very good level of comfort. The lower floor includes a second living room with tv, ideal for playing children on a rainy day. Garage for one vehicle and two to three outdoor parking spots are available.
