The Masts is an elegant first-floor, two-bedroom duplex apartment located within the prestigious Dart Marina development. This luxury apartment offers high-end accommodation, designed for a lavish, serene holiday experience with views across the River Dart.
The kitchen is finished to a high standard with granite worksurfaces and offers everything you need to rustle up a culinary delight. The high quality appliances include a built under oven with electric hob, washer dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. A circular table adequately seats four people for dining whilst a bistro set is also provide to sit by the French doors and enjoy the wonderful views.
There are two luxury bedrooms, both adorned in neutral tones with coordinating furnishings. Each bedroom features a superking-size bed, with one offering the option to be split into single beds upon request. The master bedroom also boasts river views.
The family bathroom serves both bedrooms and includes a bath, overhead shower, heated towel rails, and underfloor heating.
Outside
Although the apartment doesn’t have a balcony, opening the French doors to the Juliette balcony creates an outdoor atmosphere, allowing you to soak up the ambiance and beauty of the surrounding area overlooking the river.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment, However the unit was not that easy to find on the complex due to the signage and numbering system and the car parking slot was unclear until we read the booklet in the apartment (the parking slot did not correlate to the apartment number). The furnishings and equipment were excellent apart from the sofa and chairs, which were very uncomfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay, only slightly tarnished by a few small things. Thank you

No music to be played outside. 3. Smoking, Pets & Candles No smoking or vaping inside the property. A designated smoking area is available [if applicable]. For properties that accept pets, please clean up after them and keep them off furniture. No open flames, including candles or incense. 4. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal Please keep the property tidy and leave it as you found it. Dispose of waste in the designated bins. Recycling instructions can be found [location]. Report any spills or damages immediately to help us address them quickly. 5. Kitchen Use Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Ensure all appliances are turned off after use. Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests. Clean all dishes and pots before putting in dishwasher 6. Damage & Breakages Accidents happen! Please inform us of any damages or breakages so we can address them. Guests may be responsible for the cost of significant damages beyond normal wear and tear. 7. Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your group. 8. Amenities & Utilities Use water and electricity responsibly.
