There is only one allocated parking space for the apartment. Additional vehicles must park on Warren Road in front of the building.
Getting Around
Excellent public transport links include a direct rail service to London Paddington with inter-city connections at Newton Abbot. The South Devon Highway gives good access to the vibrant cities of Exeter and Plymouth and the international airport at Exeter provides a gateway to destinations further afield.
Taxi ranks are conveniently located outside the coach and railway stations across the English Riviera. Torbay Taxis operates 365 days a year with six-, seven-, and eight-seater vehicles.
From the end of March until the end of October, regular ferries run between Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham, with a journey time of about 30 minutes. More information is available on the Dartmouth Rail River Company website or the We Ferry website. Daily boat trips also depart from Torquay and Brixham to Dartmouth, with the journey taking about an hour and a half each way.

Great property in a fantastic location - not for the faint hearted as the walk from town is a steep uphill climb. Check-in was easy, and the property was clean, with fantastic views of the beach and water. Hadn't received the full property details (entry process/full address, etc) the night before the 5-hour journey to the property, so had to ask Airbnb helpline to chase the host so that we had all the necessary paperwork before setting off. Received a reply several hours later (Thank you, Airbnb Helpdesk). These are not complaints, just comments that might benefit future customers. Half of the lights in the en-suite bathroom were not working/blown. There was no toilet roll holder in the en-suite bathroom. Was told the hot water would be on for arrival. This was not the case. Took time to work out the heating system and wait for water to be heated. Instructed to use extractor fans when taking a shower - managed to find the switch for the fan in the kitchen - not near the bathroom.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
