The house was set in an easy to find location. It was extremely well equipped, with good sized rooms and an extremely large garden which was perfect for our dog. The house just looked like the photographs published and queries were answered quickly and directly.

Lovely restful weekend. Beds comfy and good quality bedding/towels. Well furnished with high end kitchen appliances, plates, cups etc. Large bathroom with good size shower and bath. The only negative I will share is the oven and trays were dirty (hadn’t been cleaned for a while!) and lots of cobwebs. Although not the end of the world I feel if you’re offering a luxury rental, it should be cleaned to suit that title. This is a lovely holiday home in a great position, if the above is rectified it would be worthy of the pricing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The building itself was very pretty and had a lot of character. The place was decently clean and well-kept, and it’s located in a quiet part of town, which paired with the hot-tub, made for a relaxing stay. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had a lovely time exploring Devon and Dorset and this property provided the perfect base. Property was as described with a lovely open plan kitchen, diner living space. The house is just looking a little bit tired in certain areas and you can tell it’s had lots of wear and tear over the years. Just needs a little bit of a love to bring it back to its best. Overall we had a nice stay there and would recommend to others who like us want to explore the local seaside towns… Sidmouth and Lyme Regis being our favourites.

Really lovely house. Perfect for us. Staying in February it was lovely to walk on the beach in the rain and come back to a lovely welcoming home and the hot tub of course!

Lovely property in a good location with beautiful scenery and surroundings. Property lacked personal touch and could do with more ‘essential’ items especially in the kitchen. Would benefit from salt, pepper and some basic dried herbs etc for cooking. Only 3 toilet rolls provided, no shower gel which most places do provide. General cleanliness not the best, sink had remnants of food on the bottom and was dirty. Dishwasher was not empty, kitchen drawers with utensils and cutlery was dirty. I don’t think furniture gets moved often as rubbish etc found under bed. The place however is beautiful and spacious and the hot tub is a lovely addition.

A lovely house. Spotlessly clean. A lovely location in a pretty area of Devon. The house had a lovely garden. The linen and the towels were great quality and there was plenty of crockery and utensils etc... We would recommend the house to others and stay again ourselves. The only small issues we had was that the coffee machine was not working. We had purchased coffee pods especially for the machine, so it was quite disappointing. It was supposed to be replaced with another machine, but this never happened. There was only a few sachets of coffee in the house so we needed to buy coffee twice The hot tub was lovely. Very good quality and more than enough room inside for 5 people. It was very clean also. The only thing that was frustrating was that it was not turned on prior to our arrival. So When we arrived at 5pm, the water was 16 degrees. It meant that we couldn't actually use the hot tub until the following day. Not such an issue as we were there for 3 days

Property was excellent, really well presented and high quality throughout. Kitchen was superbly equipped, lovely large bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. For such a lovely property it was extremely dog friendly and we all felt very much at home. Only slight annoyance was the TV’s had limited free view channels which was not clear in the details. Overall really lovely house, excellent hot tub and good location.

Our stay here was fantastic, we couldn't have asked for me. It was beautifully decorated, so warm and comfortable and a space that we could just relax in. The amenities were just what we needed for our time there. The hot tub was an added bonus and a great way to unwind after a busy day once the kids were in bed. I would highly recommend staying here and will be rebooking for next year!

Ideal location. The house was lovely and very spacious. Was great having the two living areas. The only downfall was that the bathroom door didn’t lock or shut properly and with the bathroom being downstairs this felt a bit of an issue for everyone. However, apart from that, I would recommend staying here.

The kitchen area, bathroom and outside space was lovely. Great location and good parking. We just felt the carpets are past their best and felt a little dirty in places for the price we paid, but overall a good stay

The place was lovely and very spacious. Had a one year old the only worry was there was no stair gates and the garden had a big drop so couldn’t 100% relax when in the Garden. Also messaged about a broken high chair and was told I would get a response back which I didn’t. Overall the place was in a good location and the beds were very comfortable and the place was lovely and clean. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend

Location of the house is great to get around, the Seaton Tramway is worth a visit, you end up at Colyford, which was lovely. The sea side from the house is a good 15 minute walk. Beer is next to Seaton and was great, had the Quarry Caves and a place called Pecorama which is a miniature steam train and beautiful gardens, Lime Regis was great, but very busy, Charmouth Beach was lovely, very shallow for the first 10 metres great for the kids and also fossil hunting. We stayed at the house with our two children 3 and 8 and parents, the bunk beds were great, my parents stayed in the king-size bedroom, which was very spacious with plenty of storage, just not much space around the bed. The double room we stayed in, again plenty of storage for clothes, but we couldn't move around bed, no space at all, my husband had to crawl over me to get out of bed. The bathroom is big with shower and separate bath, but this is downstairs, coming with parents over 70 they were needing to get up in the night for the toilet and having to go downstairs not the best. Plus my husband is just as bad. The living area, the back room was great and is where we spent all our time, it was the kitchen diner and lounge all in one room, great for socialising and straight out to the garden. The house was clean and tidy, but just needed attention in some areas, just cobwebs and cracks in the walls, maybe bring extra tea towels as only one provided. The front room was great for the kids to have there own space and watch television. Parking at side of property for two cars easily and the garden is very long laid with grass.

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay in August. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated, great kitchen and a lovely, spacious garden. The location is great, just a short walk to the town and beach. Perfect for what we wanted!

The location of the house is good for attractions on the Jurassic coast, however, be aware the house is on a relatively busy road and if you are lucky enough for warm weather and have windows open you will hear the cars coming by the house at night. The space was good for 6 people, especially the open plan living room and kitchen which we spent all our time in. It is very bright and a lovely sociable area. Be aware the only bathroom is downstairs and there is a window in the door and no lock. The beds were very comfy and clean. If you are planning to cook at the house make sure you bring essentials like oil and pepper grinder, also worth bringing your own tea and coffee!

Had a lovely stay with family. Well maintained property in a great location. Lots of space for everyone, modern and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided and the whole booking and check-in process was so easy. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! Worked really well with two couples and our 4 year old kids who loved sharing a room. The garden and main living area are lovely and we enjoyed setting up an Easter egg hunt for the kids who loved it! The second bedroom bed is very small however and the room quite cramped and the bathroom being on the ground floor wasn’t ideal. Apart from that would recommend - great location and lots of fab things to do in the area

This house has such good bones - fab space, a dream extension on the back of the house overlooking a huge lawn, lovely family space and comfy chairs and sofas, games and books in the cupboard. You can imagine this house to be a joy to be in in summer, with plenty of indoor / outdoor options and a fab terrace with bifold doors but even over a cold, rainy Christmas weekend it was perfect for us - and warm and cosy to boot with underfloor heating and skylights. The beds are really comfortable too and the linens and towels spot on. We loved the wonderful surprise of a decorated Christmas tree ready to greet us on arrival too. It’s very much a holiday home though, so my advice is to pack everything you might need as nothing is provided No doubt it said it in the listing but we have been so used to staying in Airbnb properties that come fully equipped, the last half dozen times or so at least, that we expected to find things that weren’t there - salt, oil, kitchen roll, shampoo, body wash, dettol wipes, silly things that I just should have packed. That said the kitchen is well equipped and the house felt homely, not just a shell like some places can. It was the perfect location for us and our few days staying near family. Not sure if we would book it for a summer holiday at the price we paid but that’s more on Seaton as a location than the house itself.

Lovely house, nicely decorated and with lots of comforts! The communication was super easy and clear. Only thing to note is that the walk to the waterfront (and back) is probably ok for adults or older children) but you might need to drive if you have young kids as it still is a decent walk. However there is plenty of parking near the town centre (waterfront). We really enjoyed out stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed a wonderful time a Littlefields and would throughly recommend it as a base to explore the local coast line. It was superbly furnished throughout, warm and well appointed. The hosts were quick to respond to our queries and helped make our stay a comfortable one. Seaton is a lovely town within walking distance (10 ish minutes) with a great pebble beach for walking the dog. The fish and chip shop is pretty good too!

House beautifully furnished and fitted out to a high spec. It’s a lovely big space for a family or a group of friends to spend time together. Great to have off street parking and a lovely garden and patio area. It’s walking distance to the town and shops which is nice and also has a local co-op just down the road if needed.
