Accommodation

The stable front door open directly into the apartments well equipped kitchen, where meal preparation is a delight to create a memorable meal together. This opens into the living area where you will find a cosy sofa to sit an unwind after your day of exploring the local area catching a film on the Smart TV, or snuggle up with a good book on the large comfy window seat.

A step up from the kitchen takes you to the hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. To end the day, indulge in a soothing soak in the elegant roll-top bath or refresh under the overhead shower. Then, retire to the beautifully presented king-size bedroom for a restful night's second bedroom features a trundle bed, perfect for one adult or two children.

There is no garden for exercising dogs, but you are only a short walk from Coronation Park on the North Embankment which is popular with dog owners as well as the South West Coast Path.

Parking

On street parking is available close by but restrictions might apply at certain times of the year.

NB: Please note that this property is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children as the single beds are only 2'6

Lovely and convenient for the regatta and the ferry to the marina was easy and quick.

This was a great stay, the place was very well thought out and comfortable. Great location, I know some have mentioned parking as an issue. Very close by there is a 2 hour 9am to 4pm parking restriction. Practically what this means is, either use the park and ride or Sainsbury’s at the top of the hill, and come back for 4pm. This gives you till 11am the next day…

Overall good stay. Location is great for accessing the harbour, easy to find and smooth check in with the lock box. Beds are comfy and black out curtains in bedrooms are good. The appliances seem new and work well. Parking nearby is extremely limited with the longest stay available being 4hrs at the time we were visiting. Had to park up at the Sainsbury’s at the very top of Dartmouth (extreme uphill) and use JustPark app. Buses to get up to the top of the town are also very limited, if running at all, depending on the time of year you go - so make sure you’re feeling fit if parking there.The noise from upstairs and the garage next door can be a lot at times so bear this in mind. The bathroom has a very comfortable bathtub but we found it quite tricky to step in and out of as a shower. Also worth noting that if travelling with a dog, the shower does not have a hand shower head to rinse off any dirt after a walk.
