Ollie’s Cottage is perfect for families and couples alike to enjoy a self-catering holiday in this special part of South Devon. Cleverly arranged over three floors Ollie’s Cottage captures river views from the kitchen and living room and benefits from a private patio and parking space at the rear. Ollies Cottage is within walking distance of the river and village amenities. Dogs are welcome at Ollie's Cottage.
On the first-floor guests will find a light and comfortable sitting room with corner sofa, views of the river, open fire and TV with DVD. At the far end of the room separated by room dividers are two single divan beds. On this floor you will also find the spacious bathroom containing a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
Upstairs again to the second floor where guest will find 2 bedrooms set into the eves of the cottage, the first is a large attractive double bedroom the second is a small children’s bunk bedroom with roof window.
Travel cot available.
Outside:
The patio garden at the rear of the property is the perfect space for alfresco dining on summer evenings, fully enclosed with garden furniture and flowerbeds.
Parking:
There is parking to the rear in the shared private car park and additional unrestricted on street parking on Riverside Road.
Availability:
In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Saturday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact me with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible.
Out of peak season we don't need to keep to a Saturday changeover.

The space
The front door opens into the hall, from here you step into a bright open plan kitchen/dining room well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has pine table and chairs and an antique side table with CD player and radio. French windows from the dining area lead into an enclosed paved patio. We could not have had a more relaxing, comfortable stay in Ollie’s Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped, clean and comfortable and if anything even better than the description. The weather was beautiful but even if there had been a wet day we would have enjoyed all the books and games. There was a very comprehensive file of information too which we appreciated including a guide to the beaches. Dittisham is so beautiful you could easily not use the car and have plenty to do and great places to eat. We hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay. Easy check in and ample parking at rear of property. Very clean with everything you could possibly need. 10-15 minute walk down a steep hill to the harbour and Ferry Bridge Pub. Great jetty for catching ferries to Dartmouth and Agatha Christie’s house and we had great fun taking the children crabbing . Would highly recommend this cottage.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
