Shipwrights is a treasured little holiday cottage which enjoys sublime views across the Kingswear marina and the river towards Dartmouth and the Britannia Royal Naval College. Perfectly placed to explore South Devon – by car, ferry, river trips, or even steam train. The Dart Valley Trail takes you through ancient riverside woodlands, and there’s also one of the world’s longest and most-popular coastal trails - the South West Coast Path. Parking at the marina car park is included in your stay

The space

The front door leads into the open plan living area with slate flooring throughout. The kitchen has painted wooden units with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area is centred around the exposed brick fireplace with wood burning stove. Complete with sofa, armchair, TV and DVD. The dining table and chairs for 3 are set by the large window with views across the river.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with river views, the first is a double with wooden bedframe and the second is a single with pine bed. There is also a shower room with electric shower, toilet and wash basin.

Parking:
There is room to stop outside to unload. Safe and secure car parking at the Dart Haven Marina Car Park, a 2-minute walk away which is included.

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
