The space
The front door leads into the open plan living area with slate flooring throughout. The kitchen has painted wooden units with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area is centred around the exposed brick fireplace with wood burning stove. Complete with sofa, armchair, TV and DVD. The dining table and chairs for 3 are set by the large window with views across the river.Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with river views, the first is a double with wooden bedframe and the second is a single with pine bed. There is also a shower room with electric shower, toilet and wash basin.
Parking:
There is room to stop outside to unload. Safe and secure car parking at the Dart Haven Marina Car Park, a 2-minute walk away which is included.

The first thing that strikes you is the amazing view and this coupled with easy access parking at the Marina and a nice clean and tidy property made for a wonderful stay. Thank you to Fiona and the hosting company for also being so responsive in communications during our stay. See you soon. Anne & Colin

The house smelt musty. We saw damp on the bed room wall. The staircase has poor lighting and not safe. There is a stair pole that wasn’t stable. If it wasn’t for the storm, we would have shortened our stay. With some work and a deep clean it would be a lovely place to stay. We spoke with the agency looking after the property for a small refund, but they declined to give us anything.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
