Amazing views and very well equipped with everything you could need. Considering the price I would say it needs updating, the carpets are worn and the bathrooms are not very modern. I think the home would be great for the summer however not for the winter. Smell of damp in the upstairs and loft bedroom, heating seems to be turned off frequently (Hive installed so could be the owners). Our clothes were damp upstairs in the bedrooms. Sofas aren’t very comfortable although if staying in the summer you would mostly be outside. Overall a lovely view and plenty of space for a large group however it needs updating and the damp smell to be addressed as well as the heating issue. Sadly overpriced (paid over £1000 for 4 nights) you could get much more for your money I think you’re paying more for the view.

On arrival we had to drive around town looking for parking spots then carry the luggage up the hill in the rain, since there is no parking availible at the property, and the road is too narrow for a car at one point and there's no turning. Radiators were lukewarm so the house never got properly warm, and wet hiking gear didn't dry even after 24hrs. Nice house and amazing views, but there are plenty of spots in the UK with nice views, that also have proper parking and good central heating.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
