It is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. Amenities, shops, restaurants and public transport are 200 metres from the apartment.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub + shower and 1 toilet, the other with a shower and a toilet, and a separate toilet. A large living/dining room and a separate equipped kitchen overlooking the dining room. The sea view from the living room is incredible!

This was a lovely apartment at a very good location. The main problem for us as a group was that the description of number of beds in each room was inaccurate. Airbnb stated that there were 2 single beds in each room when there were two double beds. when we went to complain and asked for a change it was initially suggested that we would incur an additional fee as somewhere we would have had to state this was the case, but the question was never asked on booking. I think this was accepted as not being the case by the end. It was a little chilly in the evening but there were enough heaters to warm up eventually. There are also 3 staircase runs to get to the apartment so not suitable if you have mobility problems. There isn't an area to sit outside but you are very close to all the waterfront cafes. In summary we loved staying here, close to a train station so easy travel to Nice or in an opposite direction and plenty of restaurants close by. I

Great flat! Beautiful views and location was awesome. Right next to great restaurants and super close to train. Two stomps to Nice airport. You don’t need a car. Close to places to do all sorts of water activities!!! Loved it. Highly recommend it. Would stay there again for sure.
