Marine Ap4445 By Riviera Holiday Homes is located in Villefranche sur Mer in a former noble residence called Le Palais de la Marine, right on the waterfront and in the old town, with all restaurants and amenities in the immediate vicinity, a very nice duplex studio offering a superb sea view, 4 sleeping spaces and fans in each area. It also features a large common terrace in the residence, offering dining tables and an outdoor lounge. The accommodation consists of:The living area, comprising a double sofa bed (made up of 2 single beds), a fan, a low cabinet with Tv and internet connection. It also offers a foldaway table for 4 guests. The functional kitchen open to the living room with refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary items for cooking and eating. All offering a superb view of the sea and Cap Ferrat. The sleeping area in the mezzanine with a double bed, two bedside tables, a fan and a wardrobe space. The shower room with shower, washbasin and storage. A separate toilet. The large common terrace of the residence located on the seafront, offering dining tables and outdoor lounge. This can be used to share a drink & snacks for aperitif or pastries for breakfast, but it is not possible to have a meal there. All household linen (sheets-towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner and iron. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
