The living area: a double sofa bed (made up of 2 single beds), a fan, a low cabinet with Tv and internet connection, and a foldaway table for 4 guests.
The functional kitchen, open to the living room, with refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining — all offering a superb view of the sea and Cap Ferrat.
The mezzanine sleeping area: a double bed, two bedside tables, a fan, and wardrobe space.
The shower room: with shower, washbasin, and storage.
A separate toilet.
The large shared terrace of the residence, located on the seafront, offering dining tables and an outdoor lounge. It can be used to share a drink and snacks for an aperitif or pastries for breakfast, but it is not possible to have a full meal there.
All household linen (sheets and towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner and an iron.
A security deposit of 500 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.

We booked the accommodation as a family with 2 adults and 1 child. There were only two pillows and no bedding for the third person. We were told to turn off the air conditioning when we checked out (but there wasn't any). It was so hot that we woke up in the morning drenched in sweat. I would say the view justifies about 30% of the price. The furnishings and fittings, which are about 70 years old, should be renovated in order to continue charging this price. You should bear in mind that it's ridiculously expensive at €200 per night without breakfast.
