Spacious, centrally located flat with a direct view of the sea and the bustling Promenade des Anglais (very quiet when the windows are closed). From the airport, take bus 12+ towards Hôpital Pasteur; the journey takes approximately 20 minutes (Congrès Promenade stop). The building entrance is to the left of Café Balthazar. We lacked nothing. We had two keys, so as a family with two teenagers, we were independent. What's more, we were able to drop off our luggage at the apartment as early as 10.30 am, which we really appreciated. Overall, communication with the agency and with Arielle was straightforward and quick. Everything is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Tip: Le Galet restaurant, right on the beach at the front. We liked the old town and the Schlossberg very much. Shopping on Av. Jean Médicin or at the CAP300 shopping centre (final stop of bus 12+). We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is fantastic. The 180-degree view of the sea is magnificent. The apartment was very clean, had good air conditioning. The location is awesome, very central, you have to like that. We will be happy to come back

Spacious apartment with an INCREDIBLE view and in the perfect location right on the border of Vieux Nice! Air conditioning units in each room and electric light-blocking shutters were key, plus the electric awning covering the balcony so you always have shade to enjoy the amazing weather and the view of Promenade de Anglais and the sea. Kitchen is tiny but that wasn’t a problem for us since we were eating out, and smart TV in the living room was nice. We also paid extra to have a pack and play and high chair provided since we had our two-year-old daughter with us. Our flight over was delayed so we had to wait a bit for the person who was scheduled to check us into the apartment (it isn’t self-check-in), but it was fine and they let us check in early, which was perfect! Lucienne was always responsive. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Nice.

This is a fantastic location right on the Promenade. It’s perfectly located for watching the ocean and the action on the Promenade, but you can also shut it out with automatic blinds, which make the apartment surprisingly quiet. The apartment also has plenty of space. It was stocked with everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. The only challenge is that electronic key fobs are needed to access the outside of the building and we only had one set of fobs, so it was difficult if we needed to go somewhere separately and weren’t sure who would be back first.
