Cocon Ap4446 By Riviera Holiday Homes is a superb fully renovated and air-conditioned apartment, located at the entrance of the old town of Villefranche sur mer and opening onto its loggia in absolute tranquillity. Immediately close to shops and the beach, it is ideal for all types of stay. The accommodation is composed as follows:Open entrance to the air-conditioned living room consisting of a comfortable sofa bed, coffee tables, Tv, audio system and internet connection. The living room also offers a dining table with 4 seats and opens onto the loggia. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking plates, extractor hood, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a coffee maker and everything necessary for cooking and eating. The master bedroom offers a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing room. Window opening to the outside. The bathroom accessible from the bedroom has a shower, a washbasin and storage. Independent toilets, located in the apartment, on the loggia (closed balcony). The loggia overlooking an environment of absolute calm and greenery has a table allowing relaxation in the sun in the afternoon (west-facing). All household linen (sheets-towels) are provided. Autonomous arrival with key box. Interaction with travellersWe provide all our tenants with a telephone line and an email address available 7/7 to answer any questions or requests for information relating to the rented property. We loved staying at this apartment We didn’t have a car and relied on transit It is a short 10 minute walk to downhill to the train station If you instead wanted to take the bus to Nice or Saint Jean cap Ferrat the 15 bus is five minutes up, and there are four flights of stairs Going to Eze was a brutal hike tho to catch the 602 bus, it is like 20 flights up…! Walking down to the Harbour is easy and five mins and you’ll pass by a butcher and mini grocery (Casino) and cafe to buy baguettes (Bakaro) - all very convenient Finally and most importantly the apartment is nice and clean. Big enough for two adults plus one or two kids The bedroom has a comfortable bed, the washroom is small but functional and the hot water pressure is good enough The main room has a sofa bed that’s good enough for kids and the floor has a cool glass floor that leads to a wine cellar thingy that’s backlit at night The stone walls are beautiful too… our six year old kids loved rock climbing it I would stay again

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
