It is ideally located as it is next to the Massena Square, with all amenities nearby and the tram stop close by. The beach is 250 metres away and the Old Town of Nice is 350 metres away.On the inside, it is composed as follows:
Living room - dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed and the other with 2 single 90cm beds that can be joined together to make a large bed, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and a separate toilet with a hand basin. The balcony in the living room will allow you to admire the Massena Square.
Paid parking at Corvesy, 50m from the apartment if you come by car.

We had a great time while in Nice. This apartment was perfect for watching the parades during Carnaval from our balcony. We were right in all the action. There is a small lift (elevator) that is very helpful to get to the apartment. Public transportation is near by also, but everything we needed was within walking distance. We had a problem with the heater during our stay and Lucienne got it taken care of right away. We highly recommend this place. It was a great stay.

Staying right in the heart of Place Masséna was such a treat! Loved the lively atmosphere, the city buzz, and the sound of live music filling the square. The property is very spacious with a kitchen and washing machine/dryer which are very handy when you are traveling with kids. And the beach is just behind the apartment building. We would stay here again when we come back to Nice!!

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
