The apartment is compliant and quite well equipped. It is especially very well located a few steps from the sea, and at the foot of the tram which greatly facilitates visits to Nice and the Côte d 'Azur by public transport. Very practical the optional garage that allows you to park the car throughout the stay.

Palais des Arts, nice and big enough apartment for 3 girls. In a quiet area, perfect if you want to be on the beach. Right by the tram station, which made it easy to get around the city. The landlord was good at communicating when asked questions. There was a problem with the air conditioning and a disgusting smell from the drains that reduced the experience of the apartment. The apartment was also very incorrectly located on the map.
