The apartment was a little worn, but it was generally a nice place to stay. The outside patio was really nice, with the breezes from the Mediterranean sea keeping it cool. The main thing I would change would be the pillows available in the apartment. They were really very firm for sleeping, especially for someone with neck problems. If I wouldn't have brought an inflatable camping pillow with me for the plane, I would have had to buy one. An inquiry with the office said that the pillows couldn't be changed. So I would recommend providing alternate pillows. Such an inexpensive but important item.

The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to all services. It's clean and well-equipped. But it's in the details that it gets messed up. We were promised a second key that we never had, even after reporting it, impractical for 2 families. Rationing is in the spotlight: only one rubbish bag provided for 5 days, 4 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days, only one dishwasher tablet, no coffee made available to us, etc. As if we had to do a general grocery shop before staying in the Airbnb. Also, lack of comfort for the beds. The pillows were very big and really super hard like rocks. No solution offered by the host when reported by email. The duvets are single size while the beds are double. In short, it would be so simple to increase the quality of the customer experience.
