The apartment is in a convenient location, down the street there is a municipal parking (from 20.00 to 9.00 you can park for free), from the window of the studio room there is a sea view, the apartment has 5 air conditioners, there are all the necessary electrical appliances and utensils.

Casa cozy, well decorated to pleasant. Close to supermarkets, organic shop, restaurants and bakeries and 10 min of Promenade.. When the space arrived, it was not very clean. After contact, they cleaned up. Only 5 bath towels were available, with no hand towels available for both bathrooms. It is a pity for the bathroom where the shower is not having toilet, because for 5 people it would make sense that there were two toilets. Kitchen somewhat incomplete with regard to utensils, for example, tachos without lids, kitchen cloths.There were also only 4 chairs for meals, and the house for 5. On the day of check out, since we had the flight at the end on the day, they were helpful to keep our bags in the offices of the agency.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
