The key collection was a little further away from the apartment, which is a bit impractical if you are traveling with luggage. It is located on a mountain, which is why the journey with suitcases was a bit difficult here. Otherwise, a good location, about 10 minutes' walk to the beach; supermarket, bakery, and tram station are also close. Very clean kitchen and bathroom with good amenities.

We went on our girls' trip to Nice and stayed at Lucienne's Airbnb. We had a great holiday, the Airbnb was good! It wasn't perfectly clean, but it was fine. The kitchen had everything you need, but the equipment could be a little renewed. The bathroom also had a washing machine and even hair dryers, which was great for us! The apartment is rather outside, but only about 7 minutes to the beach, which was great! Overall, we had a great holiday and we had a lot of fun, thank you!

We had a lovely stay here, and a wonderful time in Nice. The apartment was in a great location to the city centre, tram station and local amenities, and was as described. It’s located at the top of a steep hill so may be an issue to someone with mobility issues. Similarly we had to travel to the city centre and back to pick up the keys before check in late at night. We were only provided two half full rolls of toilet paper for our stay- and were not expecting to have to buy our own. When we messaged the host about this we didn’t get a reply until the night before check out. Another fixable issue is only being provided small hand towels which were not ideal. Other than this we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you Lucienne.

The apartment is in a convenient location, down the street there is a municipal parking (from 20.00 to 9.00 you can park for free), from the window of the studio room there is a sea view, the apartment has 5 air conditioners, there are all the necessary electrical appliances and utensils.

The apartment is very pleasant and the location is perfect: 8 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the train stop, from which you can be in the city center in 5 minutes.

Casa cozy, well decorated to pleasant. Close to supermarkets, organic shop, restaurants and bakeries and 10 min of Promenade.. When the space arrived, it was not very clean. After contact, they cleaned up. Only 5 bath towels were available, with no hand towels available for both bathrooms. It is a pity for the bathroom where the shower is not having toilet, because for 5 people it would make sense that there were two toilets. Kitchen somewhat incomplete with regard to utensils, for example, tachos without lids, kitchen cloths.There were also only 4 chairs for meals, and the house for 5. On the day of check out, since we had the flight at the end on the day, they were helpful to keep our bags in the offices of the agency.
