Very nice apartment in the center of Nice, where we had a wonderful holiday. The only downside was that the fuses blew quickly, we had to reset the power almost every day, this was done quickly but was a bit inconvenient. No further complaints, had a wonderful week!

Very good location. A little uncomfortable to sleep 4 pax as it has only one queen bed and the other is a bed that needs to be opened. Towels were missing the first day, but they reached the second. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is missing a microwave.

Overall, beautiful location and nice apartment. Walkable to the tram and to other restaurants. Nice is an amazing city. It was difficult to get into the apartment because the instructions stated that we needed to retrieve the keys from their headquarters. We call to double check and there’s no answer, to we go to the headquarters on the outskirts of Nice and it’s closed. The keys were in a whole other location because it’s Sunday, this information we were not made aware of. £38 uber taken back and forth for no reason. Once we entered inside the apartment there was a consistent bad smell so we had to keep our windows open at all times. Other than this it’s a very nice apartment and we enjoyed our time.

Everything was great! The location of the apartment is central, you can walk to the main points of the city. The apartment is bright and friendly with a magnificent view over the rooftops of Nice.

We had a very nice stay in Lucienne's accommodation, which is very clean, well located close to the train station, Place Massena, all amenities and must-see places in the city of Nice. We did not have to take transportation and did almost everything on foot. Lucienne and her team are always reachable and available. They were very flexible and allowed us to enter the accommodation earlier on the day of our arrival and stay a little later when we left to coincide with our flight schedules. We were missing sheets for a bed and everything was carefully brought back to us a few hours later. The team is very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend the accommodations managed by Lucienne and will use these services again for our next return to Nice.

The apartment that Lucienne hosted was a lovely space and was a great place to stay with friends while visiting Nice. The balcony received lots of sunlight in the mornings and the apartment itself was clean and colorful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lucienne’s apartment is superb. It’s clean and well organized, at the center of Nice. It is pretty much walkable to anywhere. The apartment is very nice. Lucienne responded to me fast and professional. It is a great b&b!

Unforgettable stay thanks to: The perfect location with very close public transport (very good for pedestrians), cleanliness, comfort, complete and quality equipment, spacious and bright living room, tasteful decor, quality bedding. Great location, with a small supermarket and good restaurants just around the corner. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay there. Communication was also great and picking up and returning the keys was easy and uncomplicated. They were also nice enough to store our luggage on our departure day, which made moving about easier. Would definitely stay here again!
