A very nice 3-room apartment located on the 5th and top floor of a building with a lift, it is bright and has a balcony with a small dining area. Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc., a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and another bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds). There is also a small office area and a bunk bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Many activities are offered by the Nice tourist office.

Very good location. A little uncomfortable to sleep 4 pax as it has only one queen bed and the other is a bed that needs to be opened. Towels were missing the first day, but they reached the second. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is missing a microwave.

Overall, beautiful location and nice apartment. Walkable to the tram and to other restaurants. Nice is an amazing city. It was difficult to get into the apartment because the instructions stated that we needed to retrieve the keys from their headquarters. We call to double check and there’s no answer, to we go to the headquarters on the outskirts of Nice and it’s closed. The keys were in a whole other location because it’s Sunday, this information we were not made aware of. £38 uber taken back and forth for no reason. Once we entered inside the apartment there was a consistent bad smell so we had to keep our windows open at all times. Other than this it’s a very nice apartment and we enjoyed our time.

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
