Apartment in a very good location Close to the promenade and old Nice, very easily accessible by public transport Everything is close to the apartment, shops, bars and restaurants Everything is present in the apartment when we arrive, towels, dishwasher tablets, tea towel, etc... We were very well received. The agency is very responsive and listens to us when needed! The apartment, however, deserves a little freshening up, the floorboards are damaged and the paint is a little cracked, the kitchen furniture is not in very good condition either, the bedding in the bedroom is not exceptional, a little back pain on returning from the holidays Overall we had a good stay, I recommend this apartment for its location 👍

Excellent location in the heart of old Nice, however positioned at the back of the building, giving a sea view and peacefully quiet nights. The beds were really comfy and we slept well, although an extra pillow each and a duvet cover would have been appreciated. Bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Our second stay in Nice and we would stay here again. Thank you

You will not find a better location in Nice. Right by the beach, great bars, top restaurants. Supper accessible to public transport to the airport. Checkin and checkout was easy. The accommodation itself could be painted and refreshed. Easily fixed. I'll be back to Nice as soon as have the chance

We loved our stay in NIce and this is the most ideal location because you take a few steps and you are in the Vielle Ville with the most incredible bakery next door, and so many great restaurants along the street, and a super short walk to all the beautiful beaches. Many rentals in Europe have no elevators so just pack light if you can (which I didn't!) and enjoy this beautiful, warm town!

Great location in the heart of Old Nice, meters from the ocean, right next to the Opera House and street market. The bed was two twin beds pushed together and a little uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

Perfect location at the start of the old town and one block back from beach. Surprisingly spacious and loved the balcony. The entry to the apartment complex could use some love and a clean but this didn’t affect our stay. Would stay again.

We would stay again for sure. The location is amazing - the apartment is really nice and cozy. Love the balcony - love the sunshine. They had wine and socca chips waiting for us - which was a nice touch. If I stayed again though I work factor in that this is strictly a holiday rental. No one lives here ever. So there are none of the things you’d expect to be handy. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, detergents, a broom, scissors… They offer hotel sizes of shampoo and body wash and one single use laundry and dishwasher detergent. We tend to ‘live’ in our Airbnb - and it was harder. Also the beds are two twins - which was a great size - but we had to buy something to tie them together, otherwise they slid apart all night. Still overall - it was very clean and bright - and everyone we dealt with was very, very nice.

Overall a lovely stay! Perfect location for the first time in Nice. We were right near all of the shopping, a block from the sea, and in the midst of the historical old town. Only downsides were the stairs / state of the building the unit was in. Fresh paint or a power wash on the inside of the building would make it much more comfortable. The balcony in the unit was perfect for drying our wet bathing suits and having a morning view of the sea. The door didn’t lock very well, but luckily facing the back of the building we still felt safe. AC in the bedroom wasn’t working so we had to leave bedroom door open to cool off, which it did. Sofa bed is also just a couch with a trundle, doesn’t fold down or pull out as we expected. Also would be less confusing if all communications were made via Air b&b and not their other website. Good experience overall, would recommend.

Good place and great location in Nice. Lucienne was very responsive and helpful. Check in process was a bit inconvenient with having to go to a separate location (nearby) to get the keys.

Place is great and literally located in the heart of city. Lucienne is very responsive and great host. Stairs are a bit hassle at the end of a long day and bathroom is not a spacious one. We would definitely stay again there.

Highly recommend this space. Perfect location and beautiful view from the balcony, looks just like the photos. It is a busy area so if you have windows open can be louder with people at times but the location is steps from the promenade, easy walk to train & busses. We are planning a trip back and will definitely be staying here again. Lucienne was extremely responsive, easy check in & easy check out.

Great location in Nice!!! You can see the ocean a bit from the balcony as well. AC worked very well. 2 twin beds pushed together to make a King. Fine amenities. Overall, a good value for the price because the location is unbeatable.
