Beautiful and cozy apartment that is well furnished. Lovely large terrace with sun loungers and dining table. The apartment is perfectly located close to the center of Nice. There is a short walking distance to the centre and the old town with many eateries and shops. Highly recommended and we would love to come back

We loved staying at Lucienne's place. It was central and easy to pop out to get shopping (food, pharmacy or other) as well as to walk to the Old Town. The appartement itself was attractively furnished and felt like a home. The dining area on the balcony and the living space were extremely comfortable. Lucienne was a very attentive and gracious host, and would highly recommend her place.
