The apartment was spotless. It had a beautiful terrace to sit out on and the kitchen was fully equipped. The whole apartment was spotless and very spacious and bright and light. Check-in was super easy and Valentin was very helpful and friendly. The location of the apartment was perfect, quiet, but very close to Nice old town and all the amenities. Also handy for the tram stop at Durandy. All in all I would recommend staying here as it was fantastic for a stay in Nice. We felt very at home in the apartment and very safe too.

Beautiful and cozy apartment that is well furnished. Lovely large terrace with sun loungers and dining table. The apartment is perfectly located close to the center of Nice. There is a short walking distance to the centre and the old town with many eateries and shops. Highly recommended and we would love to come back
