The apartment is right by the harbor, you can open large windows and sit and see everything that happens outside, very nice. The apartment is large and airy, lots of storage, lovely shower with good pressure. The bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in and it was quiet and peaceful at the bedroom window. If there are 4 of you, we might recommend 2 children and 2 adults. Bedroom no. 2 is probably a bit more boring otherwise. Everything was great and we had an amazing week.

Wonderful space in the best location. I shall definitely book this apartment again and the team at Riviera Holiday Rentals supported me so well before departure & once in Nice, were really efficient with regard to our luggage. The apartment really was a huge part of a fantastic time in Nice & surrounding areas. Very spacious & relaxing. Thank You Josephine & Martine.

Nice place with great location, but I’m not so sure about the management company; they were quite lazy. I asked them to supply some basic amenities (eg. soap and sponge for cleaning dishes) to which they said yes but nothing was ever delivered.

Lucienne's place felt like home for us. We had a great water view and was very stylishly furnished without compromising on comfort. My wife has back problems and she kept raving about how comfy the bed was. AC galore in all areas helped us kerp cool when at-home. Very centrally located near public transport, shops, restaurants, beautiful seaside walk to the promenade and not far from old Town.

A very nice two bed apartment with views of the port. Great transport links and the old town is a 15 min walk away. The apartment is well appointed and has good air conditioning. Lovely large living/kitchen/dining room. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay! The place was super clean and the location was great. It had a lot of amenities in the kitchen and we appreciated having a washing machine. The bed was also very comfortable. Lucienne’s communication was prompt and very friendly too. Thank you for the welcoming atmosphere. It was on a busy corner but that was only during the day. It was very quiet at night. We would highly recommend this place.

Very nice apartment, renovated to modern tastes, spacious, very clean. Very well hosted upon arrival. The apartment is very well located right next to the port of Nice and a few minutes' walk to old Nice, markets and restaurants. Love at first sight, guaranteed.

Excellent. Great location. Easy to walk to Nice Old Town. Good restaurants, super market, boulangerie very close. Bus stops very close to explore Nice and neighbouring towns such as Cannes, Antibes, Monaco. Walkable to train station Nice Riquier . Tram just outside to airport. Lovely apartment. Bright, spacious, good view. 5 star review. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of nice right where everything is! Couldn’t ask for any better would definitely stay again - would suggest for people coming to bring a steamer/iron and their own hairdryer - all around would recommend 👏🏼

Was the perfect holiday spot on the port. Great restaurants and cafes all close by. Easy to walk to old town and through to the markets. Beaches are nearby. An unexpected bonus of being able to watch the last two stages of riders for Tour de France from our 1st floor apartment. Wonderful family break.

Great place next to the port. Apartment is very spacious and has all the necessary amenities. Bedrooms are very quiet at night and very comfortable. Couple of minor issues at the start but the host was quick to respond.
