Great location and lovely apartment in the old town. We just had some issues with lock and getting into the apartment whilst it was getting late, but would stay again

Pros: The airbnb was in a wonderful spot in Old Nice, which made it very walkable to many different restaurants and the beach. It is very well connected with many tram stops and bus stops within walking distance, and there is a large supermarket nearby as well (Monorpix). The balcony was a lovely way to spend an afternoon with wine and cheese. The beds were fairly comfortable. Well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, so we were able to do laundry and dishes during our stay. The air conditioning helped at night as Nice was very hot in the week we visited. Cons: The air conditioning is quite weak, with only 2 units for the whole flat. The oven was very difficult to turn on, with a lack of instructions given. The airbnb was meant to provide an iron, and this only came midway through our stay. The shower did not drain properly and would flood each time one of us used it. Only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, and 2 dishwasher tablets for a whole week’s stay.

Great and clean spot in old town nice. Very spacious and modern interior with two twin beds connected in the bedroom and two pullouts downstairs. Only issue we had was that the key pickup was located 20 min away from the actual unit which was a hassle having to carry luggage around the city. The stairs to the bedroom were also tiny and the ceiling upstairs was very low. Might be difficult for older or taller folks to go upstairs.

We had a great and relaxing stay. Everything was perfectly organized and the apartment is not last due to the spacious balcony-a highlight.
