A wonderful location right in the old town, in a historic house. The flat is modern and has a wonderful view of the bay. It is quiet, sunny and bright, and the air conditioning is great. We highly recommend the flat. We were even able to check in 2 hours early. Many thanks. We'll be happy to come back.

Highly recommend staying .....Villefranche is a great hub on the French Riviera for day trips to Monaco, Eze etc and the property in Villfranche with the view is AMAZING! Very Bijou, cute apartment that is located on non access car street level with extra outside security door.. BONUS! As with all hillside towns access is always different. If you coming into Villefranche by train....you are in luck...just wheel your bags from train station (no car access & no stairs) along Rue to #58 Rue du Poilu....approx 5-8 mins. If you are coming by taxi/vehicle and coming from waterfront road it is 42 steps from nearest access ....turn left at top of stairs and walk approx 50 metres to #58....if you have large bags like us I would suggest being dropped at the taxi stand ..only approx 15-20 stairs and then easy non car access street..... to rue du Poilu...approx 5-8 min flat walk....love Villefranche!

We loved our stay in Villefranche! The location was perfect for walking straight to the beach for swims, and we really enjoyed the relaxed charm of the old town. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we accidentally lost our keys with all of our belongings locked inside, she had us back in within an hour! She also helped arrange a taxi pickup with key handover, which made our departure so easy and convenient. We’re very grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here!

THIS is the place to stay on the Riviera! Gorgeous views, close to travel links and great restaurants, and excellent kitchen facilities. The apartment is stunning. Clean, cosy, tastefully decorated and in an amazing location. A lovely beach is right on your doorstep (if you like quiet, comfortable beach clubs, then Marinières Plage is a great spot) . 3 minutes walk to the train station if you want to explore more of the coastilne. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee and listening to the water lapping at the rocks below. The cherry on the top was the wonderfully warm welcome we received from Sandrine (the agency manager) when we collected the keys. Her communication was excellent before our arrival and she was so incredibly helpful with recommendations for local places of interest. We would definitely return here if we find ourselves in the South of France again.

Phenomenal location in the stunning old section of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Near some excellent restaurants, both on the water and in the heart of Old Town, along with some intriguing boutiques and a grocery store. Beautifully renovated apartment with a wonderful balcony overlooking the water, the beach, and colorful waterfront buildings. Various sitting areas, inside and out. And you enter the building on the same floor as the apartment, so there's no lugging luggage up flights of stairs. Yet the apartment is several stories above the waterfront, allowing panoramic views. If you want a comfortable, attractive place in Villefranche-sur-Mer in a convenient location, no need to look any further. My only complaint is that the departure instructions should clarify that, in order to dispose of the trash upon checkout, guests must leave the building and walk quite a distance, then go all the way down the stairs to the waterfront.

Great location, amazing views, AC!, very clean! Would stay here again! There are many stairs to get to the street so just be aware but that is the price you pay for a great view :)

After numerous stays in Villefranche, this has been my favourite property. Its location is perfect between the beach, restaurants and the station. The proximity to the water is amazing offering incredible views. As usual the team’s communication is fantastic. Highly recommended and hope to book again.

We had a very nice time in the apartment. It is clean and very nicely decorated. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The location is perfect. All the restaurants are right on the doorstep, and the beach is close by too. This place is highly recommended.

Fantastic view. Worth every Euro Window /balcony on ever changing scene of sea Beach boats aeroplanes even Been to villefranch on few occasions but the view will make us return to this flat hopefully

We had a fantastic stay in beautiful accommodation. Which is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The views from the patio are outstanding as is it's location. The appartment was spotlessly clean and tidy and a welcome bottle of Wine was a lovely thought. The location of the apartment is excellent being so close to all the amenities that beautiful VillefranceSur Mer has to offer.

This was without a doubt my favorite Airbnb of all time. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the location is extremely convenient with there being a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance, the train station is a 5 minute walk away and will get you wherever you need to go. The listing photos truly do not even do this apartment justice. It is stunning. I have never felt more at peace than sitting on that balcony and I cannot wait to return!

There’s a lot to love about this apartment. A super clean, modern apartment in a historically beautiful building, tastefully decorated and with a view that can not be beaten. It has a beautiful verandah to sit and enjoy the view and the life on the street below. An unexpected and lovely surprise was being able to hear the waves overnight with the doors to the balcony open - and there were no flies or mosquitoes. I didn’t really need it but I couldn’t work out how to use the air conditioner. Even with the instructions - I could not for the life of me find the MODE setting. Leaving the doors open at night was better! My only real comment to improve would be to provide adequate supply of bathroom products - and include conditioner. I travel very light and I expect the places I book to supply enough. Small thing but easy to rectify also

We had the most amazing time in this apartment! It’s a small apartment, but the space is utilised perfectly so that it doesn’t feel cluttered, and it’s wonderfully appointed. A highlight is of course the amazing balcony - perfect for relaxing and gazing over the panoramic views of the beach, bay and ocean. The location was perfect too! Nestled into the best part of the old town, you’re a stone’s throw away from amazing restaurants, convenient grocery stores, bakeries and, of course, the water! We thought maybe this location would be a little noisy as we were here in peak season, but it was so peaceful and serene all times of the day. It’s easy to get to the train station or to Uber to nearby attractions like Nice, Monaco and Menton. The aircon worked wonders, and everything in the apartment was clean and working. More so, the hosts at Riviera Holiday Homes in Villenfranche were super helpful, friendly and responsive. I 100% recommend this stay, and hope to stay again!

This has got to be one of the best AirB&Bs I’ve visited. It has panoramic vistas of Villefranche and is a 5 minute walk from the beach and even shorter walk into all the restaurants in the old town. It is well-equipped with a full kitchen.
