We had a great stay! The accommodation was great and the neighbors incredibly nice. The location is really great. Just a few steps to the beach and at the same time very close to the centre. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment has a very good location, close to the pedestrian zone and the old city, 5-10 min in foot. The apartment is large and confortable. It is a classical Nice apartment that in my opinion completes the whole Nice experience. Communication with the host was very smooth, she shared instructions for the check in very clearly and was available for our questions during the stay, by responding almost immediately. We enjoyed staying in this apartment.

The unit was more beautiful and spacious than it appears in the photos. It was a great place to stay as a family and use the kitchen. The walk to the beach is very easy and passes a popular street lined with restaurants.

Great location, we enjoyed our stay although the house could use some improvement in comfort.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and a 10-minute walk from the centre of the Old Town. Perfect for visiting Nice. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Located on the 4th and top floor, the apartment gets very hot during the day, especially during heatwaves. The air conditioning helps, but the heat can be very intense at times, bearing in mind that we didn't stay at home during the day. The apartment was fairly well equipped in terms of cooking utensils and products, but it lacked some basic items such as hand soap in the toilet and bathroom, and a tea towel for wiping dishes or cleaning tables. Some of the equipment could do with being refurbished, such as the beds, and in particular the mattresses (one is very firm and the other is very soft), or the fridge, for example.

The location is perfect! The apartment is spacious and nice! There is everything you need! Special thanks for the fact that on the day of departure they were allowed to leave the keys on the table, and not to take them to the hotel, because it was pouring rain !!

It was a very nice vacation with the family and the apartment was in a very good location with plenty of space. It was a little warm at times though, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall very nice and good communication and help from the owners. Would book again :)
