The kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook and have your meals at home. You will also have 2 bright and air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 double beds of 160cm, including an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room with toilet.

The unit was more beautiful and spacious than it appears in the photos. It was a great place to stay as a family and use the kitchen. The walk to the beach is very easy and passes a popular street lined with restaurants.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais and 10 minute walk to the center of the old town. Perfect for visiting Nice. The neighborhood is quiet and secure and rich in restaurants, bars and shops. Located on the 4th and top floor, the apartment warms a lot during the day, especially in times of heatwave. The air conditioning helps, but the heat can be very intense at times knowing that we only stayed home during the day. Quite supplied in terms of cooking tools and products, the apartment lacked some basic products like hand soap in the toilet and bathroom, a dish towel to wipe the dishes or clean the tables. Some amenities would deserve a refurbishment like beds, and especially the mattresses (with springs, very hard for one and very flexible for the other) or the fridge, for example.

The location is perfect! The apartment is spacious and pleasant! There is everything you need! Special thanks for the fact that on the day of check-out they were allowed to leave the keys on the table, and not to take them to the hotel, because it was pouring rain !!

It was a very nice vacation with the family and the apartment was in a very good location with plenty of space. It was a little warm at times though, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall very nice and good communication and help from the owners. Would book again :)

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
