We had a great stay! The accommodation was great and the neighbors incredibly nice. The location is really great. Just a few steps to the beach and at the same time very close to the centre. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment has a very good location, close to the pedestrian zone and the old city, 5-10 min in foot. The apartment is large and confortable. It is a classical Nice apartment that in my opinion completes the whole Nice experience. Communication with the host was very smooth, she shared instructions for the check in very clearly and was available for our questions during the stay, by responding almost immediately. We enjoyed staying in this apartment.

The unit was more beautiful and spacious than it appears in the photos. It was a great place to stay as a family and use the kitchen. The walk to the beach is very easy and passes a popular street lined with restaurants.

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais and 10 minute walk to the center of the old town. Perfect for visiting Nice. The neighborhood is quiet and secure and rich in restaurants, bars and shops. Located on the 4th and top floor, the apartment warms a lot during the day, especially in times of heatwave. The air conditioning helps, but the heat can be very intense at times knowing that we only stayed home during the day. Quite supplied in terms of cooking tools and products, the apartment lacked some basic products like hand soap in the toilet and bathroom, a dish towel to wipe the dishes or clean the tables. Some amenities would deserve a refurbishment like beds, and especially the mattresses (with springs, very hard for one and very flexible for the other) or the fridge, for example.

The location is perfect! The apartment is spacious and nice! There is everything you need! Special thanks for the fact that on the day of departure they were allowed to leave the keys on the table, and not to take them to the hotel, because it was pouring rain !!

It was a very nice vacation with the family and the apartment was in a very good location with plenty of space. It was a little warm at times though, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall very nice and good communication and help from the owners. Would book again :)
