Absolutely superb location. Really close to the Old Town and also the sea, but just far enough to stay quiet and peaceful. The apartment block itself was lovely, with a quirky lift which made getting the cases up easily enough. Inside it had a brilliant balcony for a morning coffee and all the rooms were light and airy. Overall a fantastic apartment and one we would definitely recommend

We are a family of 5 adults and this apartment should not be listed as appropriate for 5 people. The 2nd bedroom would be okay for 2 x small children not young adults. The living, kitchen and balcony are also very small. The professional photos are definitely misleading. One bed wasn’t made up and we were told we’d have to wait from Friday through to Monday to have sheets and towel delivered, luckily the plumbing blocked and bathroom flooded and we had towels (not sheets) delivered. We chose Airbnb to have home comforts whilst away, this is not an Airbnb it is a company controlled holiday apartment with no communication with the owner, all through management team. The apartment does have pots and pans although no other cooking basic such as oil ect, and little home comforts. Unfortunately for our European holiday staying in 7 Airbnbs we do not rate this. I have given 3 stars as may suit people with young family. Location was good and bedrooms were mostly very quiet.

- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
