Wonderful Family Stay in Nice! Our family of four (two adults and our 6- and 2-year-old kids) had a lovely stay at Le Tivoli II. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and provided a fantastic setup for traveling with young children. Prime Location: The position in Nice is ideal—close to local shops and restaurants, easy access to the tram line, and a short walk to the beach, making day trips and outings with little ones completely stress-free. There's a bus (No. 57) that stops at the gate that goes to the Nice Ville Train Station Comfortable Base: The layout worked exceptionally well for our family, offering plenty of space and comfort to relax after exploring the city. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the there are also beach umbrellas in the closet. It was a wonderful base for our time on the French Riviera, and we would happily recommend it to other families visiting Nice and we would happily come back to stay during our next trip

Great stay. Host quickly responded when required and stored our luggage before check in without issue. Apartment was well equipped and well located. Couldn't recommend it enough. Would definately stay here again

There were thin walls, and neighbours were getting annoyed even when we were having a conversation. Quite an annoying ad you can’t speak past 9pm.

The apartment has a perfect location, the old town and beach promenade are within walking distance, as is the train station. Direct connection from the airport with tram L2. You pick up the key in an office (within walking distance), the employees there were super nice!! We were also able to store luggage there on the day of departure. For a city trip, the apartment is wonderful (we did not cook, but everything seemed to be there). The second bedroom with the bunk bed is really very small, the bed was just enough for me (I am 1.68 cm tall), but definitely more for children than for adults. The large bedroom is very nice, bright and airy. There was no real wardrobe, but in a kind of storage room Hangers and storage space. We had a lot of mosquitoes (due to the season, not the apartment). The location is quite quiet, the loudest were the seagulls at night (?) 😀

Absolutely superb location. Really close to the Old Town and also the sea, but just far enough to stay quiet and peaceful. The apartment block itself was lovely, with a quirky lift which made getting the cases up easily enough. Inside it had a brilliant balcony for a morning coffee and all the rooms were light and airy. Overall a fantastic apartment and one we would definitely recommend

We are a family of 5 adults and this apartment should not be listed as appropriate for 5 people. The 2nd bedroom would be okay for 2 x small children not young adults. The living, kitchen and balcony are also very small. The professional photos are definitely misleading. One bed wasn’t made up and we were told we’d have to wait from Friday through to Monday to have sheets and towel delivered, luckily the plumbing blocked and bathroom flooded and we had towels (not sheets) delivered. We chose Airbnb to have home comforts whilst away, this is not an Airbnb it is a company controlled holiday apartment with no communication with the owner, all through management team. The apartment does have pots and pans although no other cooking basic such as oil ect, and little home comforts. Unfortunately for our European holiday staying in 7 Airbnbs we do not rate this. I have given 3 stars as may suit people with young family. Location was good and bedrooms were mostly very quiet.

The location of the apartment is hard to beat. It’s only minutes from the old town and beach with a direct tram link to the airport less than a minute away. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet in a nice well maintained building. Lots of food shops nearby including a large Monoprix. The apartment is ideal for 3 adults or two adults and two children. It would be tight for four adults. Lucienne and her team were great in terms of communication and flexible entry and departure. Their office was less than 5 minutes from the apartment.

Perfect starting point for a city trip Nice. Central location. Unfortunately, the elevator was too small for a wheelchair, also were and stairs at the entrance. The apartment was clean and all necessities were provided. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment in a prime location. Modern furnishings, a great espresso machine, a new kitchen, and comfortable and modern decor. Highly recommended for a holiday in Nice, close to the beach and the city's hot spots. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great time in Nice thanks to the accommodations provided by Lucienne. While there were not many reviews at the time of our booking, we took a chance and we’re so glad we did. The location is very convenient to explore Old Nice, some nice cafés/restaurants, and is close to the train to go check out some other towns. We visited Antibes and Monaco for day trips and even caught the TGV all the way to Paris without ever needing a car service. The unit is very clean, has AC, and is quiet at night to catch up on rest. The bathroom is fairly standard in size for Europe and includes a washer, so do not expect a massive walk-in shower! We traveled as just a couple comfortably, but there was another room featuring bunk beds. I would definitely stay here again - thank you so much Lucienne!

Everything was great! The apartment seems to be newly renovated. It is in the perfect location I was able to walk to the beach with in 10 min and be in old town as well. We had one issue with the toilet being broken and was unable to get a hold of anyone on the emergency number. However, the next morning we were able to resolve it. Over all would highly recommend this place. Plus the beds were very comfy!

This place is in the center of Nice, exactly 9 min walk from the beach and less from the supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. Inside the apartment, there is all the comfort in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The wifi works very well I could conduct zoom sessions without interruptions in either room. The other bedroom is very small and perfect for only one adult and small child (bunkbed style). I thought there was another room. I probably misread it. The apartment is great for a family with small children. The location is central to everywhere. Oh the front door is a little hard to open but insist! Overall, great stay!
