This place was great for a family of 6! The space was also great! The air-conditioning was great for the August French heat!! The beds were comfortable, the closets were spacious, the living room worked great for hanging out, and the surrounding area was lovely and quiet, but close walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, activities and happenings! Check-in was seamless and they even offered to hold our luggage before checking in. As with any AIRBNB, we ran one or two hiccups during out stay. As other reviewers said, they do not offer much in terms of kitchen or bathroom products (no bathroom hand towels or hand soap in one of the bathrooms, nothing in the kitchen, ran out of toilet paper, etc.) With the grocery store nearby, it didn't bother us. I would recommend this home to any family or friends who want to explore Nice but not stay right in the tourist chaos! We will 100% stay here if/when we return to France!!!!

Great fresh accommodation in an ideal location both for when you get to Nice and when you are there and going to do things. Good storage areas in a good layout, comfortable beds and well equiped kitchen. Easy to get to the beach/walk or to go by bus/tram from Garibaldi. What could be better is more stable wifi (we couldn't have a video meeting) and that the most common thing could have been in the kitchen (dish soap, salt, pepper, and other dry goods left over from previous guests). Now we had to buy everything, which feels a little unnecessary if you are there for a shorter time. Extremely good wardrobes and nice with double showers and WC. The sofas are big but a little hard to sit in. We highly recommend this home that we have now been in for the second time.
