Couldn’t have chosen a better place to call home while exploring the French Riviera. This apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area of town but still provides incredible views of the sea. Lucienne was responsive, accommodating, and kind. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at La Casetta di Azzurra was wonderful and we felt right at home. The home is within walking distance of everything, on a quiet street, and perfect for using as a home base to explore Bealulieu, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Eze, and Menton. We enjoyed the farmers market and were had a few nice meals at home with local produce and other goods. The home is perfect for two with a modern design. Stairs between each room bring you to the top floor with an amazing view of the water. This place is obviously popular for well-deserved reasons. We would happily stay at any of Riviera Holiday homes again.

We had such a lovely time staying here for 5 days, the apartment is so quaint and interesting with incredible sea views. Aircon works great and well stocked kitchen, washing machine and dryer that they provide laundry detergent for. If you have any trouble with mobility then you may struggle as there are 3 flights of stairs and it’s quite small but otherwise, we loved the uniqueness of the property! You’re about a 5 min walk down to the sea front, perfect! Would say the property just requires a few more and bigger towels, some hooks in the bathroom, and frosted glass/a blind over the front door as it faces the bathroom door/the wardrobes where you may be getting changed etc We didn’t realise that there was self check in so went to the agency and the two ladies there were so friendly and helpful and on the day we left they held our luggage for 8 hours! Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Beautiful house in the center of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Very quiet location, but also close to many restaurants and the beach. Bus stops and the train station are also within easy reach. We felt very comfortable, and the view was fantastic. The beautiful, modern kitchen was definitely a plus for us, because we enjoyed cooking and eating in the apartment.

I had a wonderful stay with my friend. The cottage is charming, modern and equipped with every comfort. It made our stay in Villefranche-sur-mer extra special. We especially enjoyed the cozy sitting area upstairs. In addition, the apartment is close to the centre, but still very private and in a quiet area. We could also wash our clothes in the washing machine, which was really a plus. If you are looking for a cosy, typical French house on the Côte d'Azur in the area between Nice and Monaco, this is definitely recommended.

Our stay here was incredible! Didn’t realize how in the heart of Villefranche we would be. Literal steps away from so much unbelievable charm - restaurants, beach and church!

We loved this place! Really cool set up. Great location, AC worked really well, and the views from the top floor were incredible. We spent a lot of time hanging out there and admiring the beauty of Villefranche. There are a few small things that could increase comfortability (like hooks in the bathroom to hang towels) and including some coffee, but it was a pretty perfect stay. Beware: the stairs are steep and narrow! I wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues or are traveling with children.

I stayed here for 4 weeks during the month of May. The place was everything I wanted - clean, tasteful, and located in a quiet area in the Old Town. Charming old building with modern updates inside. I especially loved the fantastic view from the top floor and in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom had a comfy bed - sufficiently quiet and dark. I didn't need to use the air-conditioning as it was comfortable. There is a washer/dryer and clothing rack outside. Some things to note: You can hear church bells in the morning (which should not be a problem for early risers and something I found very charming to wake up to). Separately, the stairs may be challenging for less nimble folks. Lastly, the boiler was off upon my first few days (meaning cold water) and the power went out twice during the month ... but both issues were easily fixed with the circuit breaker given the responsive host's guidance. Overall, a fabulous little hideaway in a charming town.
