This is the best B&B during our trip in Europe for the past 2 months. Everything is ok and communication with the host is also good. Will highly recommend this place to future guests. One reminder, only the living room and 1 bedroom have the air-conditioner. It is not a problem during our stay as the air-conditioner in living room is near to that room without air-conditioning. There is a fan inside that room.

This was our first time in Nice, and we had an adventurous time exploring the French Riviera. Jennifer and Tam were lovely hosts, flexible, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Nice and nearby towns. Highly recommended! Specifically for the location as it is a few blocks from the main train station and lots of amazing restaurants. The washer and dryer combo was also a plus.

This is a perfect place to stay at to visit Nice and the french riviera - good value for money. A lot of shops and restaurants near by, train station is literally around the corner. A rare apartment of 2 bedroom flats instead of 1 bedroom + living room sofa bed for maximum comfort and privacy. Bathroom is well equipped and spacious, with great water temperature and fair pressure. Washing machine with drying function is also available which makes things much more easier. Hosts are very responsive all the way, they even had a little guide in PDF that has all the info we need which is useful. A little critique which is same as other reviews would be the place is slightly below average for cleanliness - dirt and stains could be seen on dishes and cutleries, luckily there is a dishwasher. And rooms / curtains are a bit dusty that caused me an allergic eyes at the start. But host was very helpful and responsive to mop the floor again shortly the next day.

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place. She is a wonderful host and communication was prompt. We met a cohost, Tam who was very hospitable and kind. The size of the apartment was spacious and we liked the location . Also it was quiet at night. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to prepare some meals and there were plenty of condiments. I am so happy when hosts supply cooking oil and vinegar. Jennifer was thoughtful to provide that. It’s actually my pet peeve when hosts do not. Great stay and we would gladly return.

Good place with small flaws. Cutlery old and not really clean. In the small room, no outlet for the bedside lamp by the bed. There is extremely little water coming out of the shower. Location great and very quiet. Host very friendly, quick responses.

A friend of mine and I spent a midweek in Nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment’s excellent location, the warm welcome, the tidy room, and the peaceful atmosphere all contributed to a great experience. As many reviews have already mentioned, the apartment’s location is ideal close to everything you need. We often took the tram from the apartment to the city center, particularly to Place Massena, and from there, we explored everything on foot. While it is possible to walk everywhere from the apartment, it can be quite a lot, so the tram was a convenient option. The area offers countless restaurants and bars, and the promenade bathed in sunlight is truly stunning. We also took a day trip to Monaco, easily accessible from the central train station, just a two-minute walk from the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed every aspect of our trip to Nice. The apartment itself was clean, albeit a bit dated, but this did not bother us at all.

Conveniently located 2 minutes' walk from the train station and tram leading to the old town. The hosting was warm and very flexible. However, we regret the lack of cleanliness of the accommodation in some respects (dirty cabinets, sofa stains, greasy dishes, stains on the doors...). In addition, the building is very noisy because of its design, we heard the neighbors below, the doors slamming etc... Too bad because the neighborhood itself is very quiet and the accommodation does not overlook the street.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. It was great to have a washing machine right in the apartment. Only a 5 minute walk from the Nice Ville train station and one block off of Avenue Jean Médecin which is the main shopping street. And the wi fi always worked with plenty of strength.

The apartment is great and well located. Near the center is the train station. It has everything you need for a good stay. Tam received us super well and allowed the earlier check in. After the check out there was a discomfort regarding how the apartment was left but we really don't have the stain science that they reported staying on the couch. Anyway, we recommend hosting in Nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place Jennifer and her co-hosts welcomed us very well and were able to be available when we had questions. All their explanations and recommendations were clear. The place is ideal as it is spacious, modern and tidy. It is also equipped with air conditioning, which is perfect for the summer. The location of the accommodation is perfect! You can walk to everything and the tram and train are at the front door, yet it is nice and quiet. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the balcony. Everything you need is available in this AirB 'n'B and you quickly feel at home. We would come back out. Good location, about a half hour walk to the old town and beach but fine if you enjoy walking! Great 5 minute walk to the train station where you can catch a quick train to Cannes, Monte-Carlo and more. Tam was very helpful when checking in and gave us some great recommendations. Great amenities, including washing machine. Only small critique would be we weren’t provided enough toilet paper for the duration of our stay. Overall great value for money, I highly recommend.

Jennifer’s place was a good landing pad with some helpful amenities. It had air conditioning and fans, and a nice shower, clothes washer, and in the kitchen there was a dishwasher and stove and oven. It was convenient, but occasionally the lights in the street weren’t on at night and the apartment is old. Overall, I thought it served my needs very well.

Jennifer place is located close to the train station allowing us to travel easy to the other cities along the coast. The host is a great communicator making check in easy and early. The apartment has all you need for few days away from home and a new installed air conditioning. The place is quite facing an interior court and a large balcony making the flat airy and bright.

We had a great stay in Jennifer's apartment. Tam was super helpful and communication was very easy. The apartment looks just like the pictures. It opens to an internal courtyard, so is very quite. All the rooms get great light an open to the balcony. Comfortable beds and great hot water. The location can't be beat- 2 blocks to the the tram and 3 to the train. We will stay again when we are in Nice!

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place. The location suited us well. It felt very secure and was quiet at night. I liked the general layout of the flat. There was morning sunshine in the sitting room and each of the two bedrooms. The balcony was a real bonus. All the equipment worked. Jennifer responded quickly to my occasional questions. Her colleague (Tam) welcomed us efficiently on the day of arrival and met me again on the day of departure. I recommend this apartment.

Had a lovely stay here. The flat was easy to find and close to the tram and train stations. We were met by Tam who showed us around the flat on arrival. Our flight was slightly delayed and she was flexible about our meeting time and responsive to messages. The flat was perfect for our short break to relax and explore the area. There are plenty of places to eat or get take-away nearby. The flat was clean, light and had everything we needed.

Lovey flat and really well located. The area is excellent - near shops and transport - and also very quiet ! Good bedroom storage and nice kitchen. Tam who met me was very kind and patient trying to sort out the TV for me ( I did get it to work ok!) and had waited for me as I was a bit late. The house notes were really excellent and had great advice about the equipment, travel to the apartment and also useful hints about luggage storage. It was great to stay somewhere where the owner had thought about such details. Despite awful weather (!) I really enjoyed my stay.

Misleading photos, the accommodation is quite small despite the 2 bedrooms without storage. The toilet door presumed what previous tenants had on their hands. The duvet (very low quality was disgusting) the pillows were yellow, so you can see that there are no sheets on them. And not in the middle of October the beds were covered with sheets, yes we were cold in the evening. 3 cups, 3 glasses, 3 plates for a place of 4 and not enough bath towels while we had paid for 3. This is our 8th Airbnb in 1 year in Nice because we often come to Nice our daughter, so our opinion is 100% adequate with the competition

We enjoyed our stay. The balcony was a big plus for us. Due to the temperature the lack of air conditioning was a factor despite having a number of fans on. Tam who met us was great and gave us very good advice.

we could not have been happier here. peaceful road, plenty of shops, a short walk from the station, town centre close by, beach 15 mins on foot. flat was spacious and very clean. WiFi was brilliant (kept out 17yo quiet) I cannot recommend this more. hosts were great. communication was spot on we will definitely be back in the future

An incredible stay, nothing to complain about ! The location was ideal in terms of both how central it was and how close it was to the train station. The apartment had everything we wanted and more, loads of cooking appliances and lots of space ! Accommodation faithful to photos and description. Jennifer's team is always attentive and has to offer (recommendations of places, tips for getting to the apartment, etc.). A small guide is even offered to guide us during our stay close to the apartment. The latter is clean and spacious. We feel good there! Special mention for the extremely warm welcome from Tam, co-host, upon arrival: a ray of sunshine among the Niçois sunlight! The accommodation is located in a neighborhood sought after by Niçois, 10/15 minutes' walk from Place Masséna and the sea, and a stone's throw from Avenue Jean Médecin. This neighborhood is less pretty than Old Nice but you can stay there like a real Niçois (right next door: the typical Liberation Market in particular). I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great time staying here! The hosts greeted us and were easy to communicate with. Also took the time to recommend some places to go such as Eze! The apartment itself served its purpose and was exactly how it was in the photos. The only thing I would say is the bed in the smaller bedroom could have been comfier. But I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. It was close to trains and tram access and close to lots of shops. It was about a 20 minute walk to the old town where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Like I said I would defo stay again, thank you again.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Proximity of the main train station makes all the excursions by train and bus. Hire is not necessary. We got great tips from Jennifer and her team. As a result, finding the apartment was no problem at all. We felt immediately comfortable in the apartments. It is beautifully bright and sunny. There was everything you could visit for a comfortable vacation. Very nice was also the nice welcome with a bottle of wine and water, as well as small snacks. We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's. She is very communicative and responsive leading to our check in day. We met Tam at the flat upon arrival and she was very lovely. We really really love the flat and we felt like home immediately. Note that me and my partner came with our elderly mother. We cooked dinner on most nights. We find easily within walking distance the baguette (Paul), Cheese and Cold Cuts (Bonta Italiane), Wine, Supermarket (Monoprix), and there is local market every morning with rows of sellers selling season local fruits and vegetables. The flat is centrally located with tram and train station in just 5 mins walk. I cannot think of any cons staying at Jennifer's place! Everything is perfect! We will definitely come and stay here again when we visit Nice next! Thank you Jennifer and Tam! :)

Hostesses were great. Unit was very comfortable with all conveniences like stocked kitchen, dishwasher (did not use), washer/dryer etc. We stayed 8 days and found the location to be extremely convenient for access to all the public transport we needed to do many trips in and around Nice, market, bakery, shopping. Apartment was very quiet (facing in to the courtyard), spacious for Nice, light, and cheerfully decorated. Older apartment but did not detract from utility. Plus we were delighted to be gifted a bottle of wine after a hard journey! Pricing was excellent too. Highly recommend.

Overall a good value for money experience. The check in and out times were not too bad, and we due to our flight times didnt have to pay for late check-in which was lucky. The place is mostly as described, however one issue we had was the bedsheets smelt a bit which made our sleep uncomfortable. They had a washing machine but we didnt want to spend time and money buying washing detergents and doing washing during our short stay. I did not raise the issue with them during our stay as couldnt be bothered with the faff of arranging someone to sort it out, but im sure if i had they would have sent someone to deal with it. Good location near public transport and train station.

Great first airbnb experience. Apartment in accordance with what is offered on the listing: spacious, close to everything we wanted to discover. Access to the old city, Massena Square, the Promenade des Anglais is very quick even on foot. To discover other villages the tram, bus, train are very close to the apartment. We were welcomed by Aggie: very nice very accommodating about our arrival. In the apartment, everything that was offered on the ad was there: hygiene and toiletries. We are very happy with our week.

I appreciated my stay at Jennifer’s Airbnb! It was a spacious apartment with lots of amenities (laundry machine, kitchen stocked with appliances and cookware, TV, beach towels, etc.) and a lovely balcony. It was a good base to explore Nice from. I ended up walking everywhere and it was about a 20 minute walk to the beach and Old Nice where I enjoyed wandering around but you could also easily take the trams which are a few blocks away and affordable. The nespresso machine and bottle of wine that Jennifer and the team provide were a nice touch. The team was also responsive on the app so if you have any questions you shouldn’t hesitate to reach out!

The apartment was clean, spacious and conveniently located for both the Nice-Ville train station and trams to/from the airport. On a night, it was very quiet with no road or other noises that could cause distrubed sleep. The kitchen was generally well stocked with utensils and crockery and had the basics we needed to make our own meals. Sadly however, our stay wasn't perfect. We were a group of four friends and upon arrival we were initially not provided with enough towels to have a towel each, communication with the host sorted this out quickly but even then the extra towel we were provided with was a small hand towel, so was not ideal. We were also only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week and had ran out by the last day, thankfully we had packed our own face tissues so we didn't find this as awkward as it could've been. Additionally, the apartment could do with some small repairs, the doors to the separate toilet and master bedroom stuck in the frames and needed a little force to open and close (very noisy when people are trying to sleep) and the door to the bathroom didn't latch properly or have a lock. Our friends who stayed in the smaller bedroom found the bed to be incredibly uncomfortable and complained of their backs hurting after only a couple of nights sleeping on it.

The sea and old Nice are about 1 km walk away, which is done quite quickly, because along the street as a doctor there are many shops and shops . We are very happy with our stay in this apartment. Really easy check in (Thank you Aggie who met us late after many delays) Very clean, shower is amazing after a hot day at the beach. I enjoyed my stay of three weeks. Jennifer and her team were charming and very responsive. The bed was comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with two types of coffee maker - espresso capsule and a cone drip filter. A bread knife would be a helpful addition though - a general purpose knife on a baguette just doesn’t cut it. No issue with hot water. There is some noise from neighbours but nothing too serious. No street noise. I really appreciated the washer/dryer but the instructions provided in the guest welcome book didn’t work (the dry-only cycle was particularly perplexing). There are many small stores in the neighbourhood for groceries and bigger grocery stores are a 10-minute walk. I recommend the Michel Fiori bakery close by - it’s a little more expensive but they have creative breads and delicious croissants and sandwiches. The walk to the train station takes less than five minutes which was great for day trips along the Côte d’Azur. Monaco to the east and Antibes to the west are only half an hour away. Jennifer recommended the hilltop towns of Eze and St. Paul de Vence and they didn’t disappoint. The coastal walks around Cap Ferrat and Cap d’Antibes were amazing. Trains and buses run frequently and are cheap. The tram to the airport is very convenient. You can download the Nice Ticket app and buy and validate bus/tram tickets on your phone.

Great place to stay in Nice. Just a quick tram ride away from the old town and a 10 minute walk from the main train station, this was a great spot to explore Nice but feel like a local. There is so much nearby like great restaurants, local markets and shopping that you almost forget there is a whole city and Cote d'Azur to explore. The apartment was adorable and delightful with a super sunny back terrace to have some morning coffee and croissant. Very comfortable beds and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Jennifer was a great host, listing some great spots and answering any questions rapidly.

We were guests in Jennifer's apartment for 5 nights. It is very central and yet quiet, as it is located to the rear. The facility is exactly as described, sometimes even better. Everything was very clean, tidy, bright and very spacious. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy for the neighbours opposite. There are many restaurants and shops in the area of the apartment. The centre is almost at your feet. Contact with Jennifer was easy. Frances looked after us at check-in and was very patient with us. The flight was almost two hours late. We were able to contact them with questions at any time, we were always helped directly. Before arrival and also at check-in, we received many good tips. The trip to Ventimiglia (Italy – 40 minutes by train/€16 for a return ticket) to the market (only on Fridays) was an absolute insider tip. But of course, Nice was also full of surprises and sights. You can spend the whole day there. If we come to Nice again, we will stay again. Thank you very much.

Stayed here with myself and 3 others. The two bedrooms worked great, everything was kept clean, and Frances met us and explained everything we needed to know. The value for this place is impeccable. It's within walking distance to basically everything you need in Nice (the big train station, the tram stops to get around the city, the best bakery ever, the farmer's market, etc). Also within walking distance to a super nice and lovely restaurant, La Langouste. Will be staying here again the next time we're in Nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifers. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and perfectly located with most of Nice being a short walk from there. We were lucky to receive a detailed guide-book upon our arrival prepared for us which gave us great ideas on what to do on the days we had not yet planned something. The apartment was clean and exactly like the pictures. As the apartment has south facing windows it can be a bit hot in the summer but luckily the beach is not far.

The location's awesome, 2 blocks away from the train station, yet located in a quiet neighbourhood. Supermarkets can be found within a 5 minute walk, and the host has provided us with many practical information about restaurants, markets and parking etc. that we found quite useful during our stay. Information's in both English and French. Walking to the old town is possible too, we did that every day and it took 20-30 minutes. The walk was on a main road so you can find many malls, supermarkets and cafes, not boring at all. If you don't wanna walk, the tram is very, very close to the apartment, 2-3 minute of walking max. It will take you directly to the old town. The place is clean and spacy, both bedrooms are full-sized with queen beds. Everything we need could be found in the kitchen. Check in was easy and smooth. We were greeted by an lady and she explained everything clearly. The apartment's located on the second floor with an elevator in the building. There are paid street parking right outside the building, but space is limited, and we were lucky to find one. There are several garage parkings in the area not far from the apartment tho. Overall great stay! The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with.

We spent 6 nights in this wonderful place. It was so relaxing being so close to everything but having a lovely quiet place to return to each day. Communication was always excellent. We didn't meet Jennifer this time but Frances and Justin couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is really stylish and exactly like the photos. Beds really comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped with all you need, so we ate in a lot. Even in Winter you could sit outside on the large balcony which faces South. Most highly recommend this great place. This is a lovely two double bedroom apartment in a great central location in Nice - close to one of the most prominent central streets / shopping districts, fresh food markets, public transport, a number of lovely independent patisseries and restaurants. We were greeted by Frances who helped us with the check in and very kindly left us a lovely bottle of wine and some fresh organic fruit. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. On a side note - you really do not need a car in Nice but if you do have one the parking (Q Park) is c.5-7 mins walk away and is c.28 Euros / day (worth factoring that in, as its rare to find ‘free’ parking on the street). In summary - definitely recommended and we’d certainly consider it if we went back (albeit without a car!)

It was a great experience, especially when this is my first time using AirBnb. The place is clean and tidy, 2 rooms and 1 open kitchen, there is a long balcony but not too useful for us. Location is very close to tram and nice Ville station, such that you can easily reach the many vicinities of Nice. The host is responsive and nice. Someone greeted me in the house when I arrive and showed me how all the facilities work. In fact she reminded me of the bad weather and suggest places to visit in Nice Only minor problems that there is no rubbish bag for replacement (6 days), and the WiFi suddenly doesn’t work during one day of our stay. In general the place is nice, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wish to visit Nice.

The location of the apartment is great. It’s steps from the tram but also steps from the main commercial center of Nice. It’s a pleasant 15 min walk to the beach. The apartment is quite large with a great balcony and very comfortable beds. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as described, spacious and comfortable. It's in a great location, very close to the train station, tram (best way to travel from the airport) and Libération market. I also recommend Gare du Sud by the market, a converted station full of fantastic restaurants. It was a real bonus having a balcony (but watch out for mosquitoes!) The bed was firm but we slept very well. Excellent communication throughout, and thanks to Frances who checked us in with lots of helpful info.

The details Jennifer has thought about so that you would feel like home and really welcome is amazing. We arrived late and there was even coffee and snacks arranged for us for the next morning in case we would like to wake up with the coffee. We liked the location. Residential and not touristic. You could see local men sitting in the simple bar all day long. Downstairs there is Indian restaurant fully booked every evening by the locals. Around the corner there is bakery offering fresh croissants and baguettes every morning. We could even find a parking slot on the street not too far from the place. There is tram stop around the corner and you can get to the beach really easy. It's 15 to 20 minute lively walk along very wide shopping street meant only for pedestrians. Jennifer's friend was super nice and helpful sharing tips and suggestions where to go, what to do and how to get around. Not only when handing over the keys, but also during the trip whenever we needed. The best AirBnB experience! Thank you Jennifer and Frances! We will be back ;)

Jennifer’s apartment is a great place to get to know Nice! It is located in the center and within walking distance of many interesting and necessary objects. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean and well equipped! The windows overlook the courtyard, it’s quiet inside and you can sleep well!)) A wonderful bed! There is a second separate bedroom. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, cutlery and food for the first time. The bathroom is spacious with a washing machine and a new shower. The balcony is very long, there is a place for rest and drying clothes. Impressions of the apartment are only positive! I recommend to everyone ! The landlady Jennifer and her assistant Francis are wonderful and helpful people.)) They helped us solve our personal small problems. This was a gem of a find and I will definitely return. The location was perfect close to train station and easy bus to/from airport. Nice stroll (20 mins) to front or tram takes 5 minutes. Old Town is well worth the night life and locall there are shops, food and easy access to everything. We got bus to Cannes €1.50 & St Paul’s was lovely And train to Monaco for €8.50 so transport was good value and was to use.

Location, location, location!!! We loved it - on a quiet street, but so centrally located. Many of the sites can be accessed on foot; the flat is also close to excellent public transport. Across the road from a boulangerie, and close to groceries, restaurants and a great market. The flat itself is very comfortable, the furnishings all look new and spotlessly clean. Jennifer was away at the time and we were met instead by Francis. We were warmly welcomed and communication with Francis throughout our stay was excellent. Highly recommended !

This apartment is ideally located for exploring Nice on foot or by tram. It is in a quiet neighbourhood so great for a good night's sleep. There are several supermarkets close by and plenty of restaurants for eating out. The apartment is bright and comfortable. The beds are incredibly comfortable but I think the lack of air conditioning might be an issue during the summer. The bathroom is a good size with a powerful shower. Jennifer is an excellent host, quick to respond and ready to provide useful tips about Nice. I would happily stay again if I return to Nice.

This place is so great based on so many various factors. First, Jennifer met us to check in so it’s a little more personal than the lockbox other places do. She showed us around and asked what we wanted to do and then gave us awesome suggestions on bars and places to go in those areas. From there, the location is central to so many fun parts of Nice. They suggest taking the bus to the boardwalk but really you can walk it. You’re that close! Also, she left us a bottle of wine from the region. How thoughtful! It was delicious too! Really can’t complain about anything.

This is a bright and airy apartment in an excellent location. There is everything you need on your doorstep as well as close proximity to the tram to get into the centre or old town easily. We loved the sunny balcony for eating lunch outside (even in February) and the local market, bakeries and cafes if we didn’t want to go very far. Jennifer is an excellent host and communication was brilliant before and throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend her apartment.

We had a good time in Jennifer's apartment, which is very centrally located and yet relatively quiet. The train station is only two minutes away, as is a supermarket and all other shopping facilities. The old town and the sea are within walking distance, but you can also easily take the tram. Right across from the apartment is a good little bakery and a great barber. There are also some very good restaurants in the area. Just five minutes away is a fantastic weekly market (fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, seafood) that is not (yet) touristy, but is visited by the locals. Communication with Jennifer was very quick and easy. She is extremely friendly and gave us many helpful tips for our stay before the start of the trip. We'll be back!

Punctuality and smile from Frances the person who welcomed me. Apartment completely as described: clear, super well located, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. I felt at home an hour later. I also really appreciated the almost friendly relationship with Jennifer the owner and her great responsiveness. I would recommend this rental.

My friend and I had a great stay here. It was centrally located and we were able to easily get to and from everything we could possibly have wanted to explore in Nice. We felt very safe and relaxed with this apartment as our home base for the week. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

GREAT rental... Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, bright and very quiet. You feel very comfortable and at home. Jennifer is a super nice person, very available and attentive to her tenants. We had a great stay and we can only recommend this rental.

Fabulous location in the heart of Nice. Loved being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, the train station and even old town. Clean, cute and comfortable apartment with nice amenities and had everything I needed. I loved that it had a little balcony so I never felt claustrophobic. Plus Jennifers warm communication kicks everything up a notch. She was very accommodating and responded quickly, but was never intrusive. Best deal for the money!! Will be back! Thank You.
