The minute we walked in, we went "Wow." It's a lovely apartment, spacious and beautifully designed. The location can't be beat. Everything about the place was great. I would definitely go back.

Great space. Great location. Bed was softer than we would have liked - and for such a great space, it was a bit out of place. But overall, had a great week and would def repeat the visit and recommend to others.

We had a great time in this apartment! Location was amazing, and though we had a little confusion finding the apartment it wasn’t a big deal. The elevator is very small so we used the stairs most of the time which we actually enjoyed , very comfortable to walk . Loved the balcony and view. Plenty of restaurants and stores and only a few minutes walk from anything you might need. Plan to go back.

The apartment is lovely and the location cannot be beat. The view from the living room is absolutely stunning - you see the blue of the Mediterranean, the palm trees of the park across the street, and you are just a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The apartment is at the end of a pedestrian shopping street and the square just a few meters away has plenty of restaurants and was always quite busy. Noise from outside did not bother us at all - the windows and doors provide adequate soundprooffing, even considering the construction next door. Everything worked well in the apartment. It is located on the 4th floor and there is a tiny elevator should you want to use it (necessary for getting your bags up and down) but it seems like most occupants take the stairs, so we never had to wait for it. The apartment rental is managed by a professional rental agency and they were responsive and easy to work with. Overall, this is a great choice in Nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
