The apartment was clean. The WiFi works good. Basic furniture. Looks better on the pictures then in reality. The bedroom is quite small. The kitchen is well equipped. Check in and check out procedure was a bit annoying. You have to take pictures and uploaded in the specific site, Just to verify the condition of the furniture before and after.

Positive points: - Beautiful view - Very large balcony - Clean residence - 7 minutes to walk from the beach - Recently renovated apartment - Free parking on site (No dedicated space, but we have always managed to find a place) to improve: - 2 roller shutters didn't work, one of which was very inconvenient since the sun woke us up very early every morning. We have informed the manager, and it would probably be settled for future tenants. I think they did not have time to check everything after the work. - Cleanliness: relatively correct (bedding, mattress, cushion, surface) , but can do better (tea forgotten in the kettle, linen forgotten in the washing machine that was dirty (mold around the drum), faucet and shower walls to clean). In short, nothing catastrophic but better. - they forgot to give us keys for the garbage room. The neighbor lent us hers and we made a copy ourselves. Cons After we left, we saw 180 euros removed from our deposit for a supposedly damaged table without even warning us. Fortunately, we took a video before we left, which confirmed and reassured us that we are not responsible for this issue. I called the person in charge of managing the apartment and remained firm in my position. I even offered to come back to see the problem together, I asked for the invoice for the replacement table. I was even ready to come with a bailiff and appeal. The manager finally agreed to refund the full security deposit. The trigger was made 13 days after the discussion and following multiple emails from us. The money is still not in my account but apriori will arrive in the coming days. Work to follow! - That said, I would like to believe in the goodwill of the Riviera company, and I blame 1) lack of an exit inventory 2) too many intermediaries: manager, subcontractor to give the keys and cleaning, management of the security deposit and the risky inventory (swikly) 4) Airbnb does not have visibility on the security deposit, so they do not have a means of pressure in case of problems Even if the accommodation is well located and the view is beautiful, the injustice we experienced as well as the lack of responsiveness in terms of communication spoiled our stay.
