The location is absolutely stunning! In the middle of everything; short distance to the beach, the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and shopping, old town.... You can hardly live more centrally. Simple and good apartment with everything you need; bread knife and cutting board would be great! Somewhat unfortunate last night with problems with the neighbor above, but it has nothing to do with this apartment. Quiet, calm and lovely with balcony. There are not many apartments to find with a balcony where there is space to sit! Will be more than happy to rent again on your next visit to Nice!

Very central place to walk to the old town and through the shopping street! Amazing hosts and instructions given.
