Fantastic location, beach is a very close. Tram is close by too. Most attractions are walking distance. Old town very close by which has Fantastic restaurants, better than the one right near the flat. Flat is well secure too, near a boutique shops. If your fine to walk up stairs then I would highly recommend this location.
