Fantastic location, beach is a very close. Tram is close by too. Most attractions are walking distance. Old town very close by which has Fantastic restaurants, better than the one right near the flat. Flat is well secure too, near a boutique shops. If your fine to walk up stairs then I would highly recommend this location.

Very nice apartment minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Great price. flexible with check in, she let us put our luggage ahead of time. Fresh linen and towels. On the 3rd floor with no lift but easy to go up and down even with a stroller.

Great location, 2min from the sea. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook and the place very clean. The balcony is tiny so not very convenient but that's the only downside!

The accommodation is in a very good location, right in the pedestrian zone, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. We found the accommodation a bit expensive for the facilities, and I think it's a bit stingy, especially at that price, to only provide two coffee capsules and one roll of toilet paper. When checking out, you also have to carry the rubbish down yourself. I think that could be included in the price.

Great apartment for a trip to Nice. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Visited in June with a young family and cot was provided for us for a small fee. The host, Lucienne, was extremely helpful and very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Great place within walking distance to the main attractions in Nice. It has everything you need. If you are traveling by car, finding parking space is going to be hard. Would definitely recommend this place :)

Place was extremely uncomfortable and close to all the restaurants. Everything is within the area. I recommend arriving to the area prior to 10 pm since most places close

I spent a week in this beautiful, spacious and very well-equipped apartment, and even more! It's very well located, close to all the shops and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the beach. Paid parking that can be booked weekly, 5 minutes away, so very convenient. Thank you to Lucienne for her kindness and responsiveness, and thank you for the nice touch left for us on our arrival. A perfect stay and a place that I will keep close to hand for a future trip to Nice.

I discourage! Worst apartment I've rented on Airbnb Out of the pluses: Close to the beach (of poor quality), shops and restaurants. Good location in terms of transport. Cons: -Communication with the host - The flat was cluttered, which made it impossible to use the wardrobes (they were full of old blankets, duvets and bedspreads). - A claustrophobic bathroom, and no shower curtains, which we had to ask for. - The balcony is out of use - there's room for one person at most, because half of it was taken up by the air conditioning unit. It was barely possible to squeeze in there, so it can be considered more like a large window sill. - A jammed door lock. -Looking dishwasher. - No batteries in the remote controls (you had to transfer one pair from one remote control to another) -There are no curtains in the living room. Unbelievably squeaky beds. -No cleaning supplies (2 rolls of paper and one trash bag) -Old cosmetics and items left by previous tenants (a used foot file, a body brush and a shaver!?)

The appartment was in a great location with both the sea and the old town walking distance away. The appartment itself was a clean, comfortable and a good size. The host was responsive, and when requested quickly provided extra bedding sheets for us within a few hours.

Our week-long stay at the apartment was all we had hoped for. The location is unbeatable with access to everything we needed from restaurants to beach to Place Massena and more. We would happily stay there again.

Very elegant location. If you like to shop with Chanel and Vuitton, you almost don't have to leave the house. The beach is also very close. The right choice for 2 people. (I wouldn't recommend this location for 3 or more people)
