It was fantastic! The location of the flat is absolutely perfect: right on the beach, right by the tram, right by shops and restaurants. You can get to everything on foot or by bike. We really liked the flat, which has a lovely view of the sea and is equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home. The beds were also extremely comfortable! Tam gave us a warm welcome upon check-in and provided us with excellent tips for our stay. She was very flexible in accommodating our check-in time. Jennifer and her team always responded immediately and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for everything! If we come to Nice again, we'll be happy to get in touch once more!

The apartment is great and exactly as depicted, with lovely balcony from which you can see the sea. Perfect location for us - a stone’s throw from the beach and the tram. Made great use of the local, electric bikes for hire too. Would highly recommend.

Super apartment with magnificent sea views, the apartment is modern and well equipped, Jenifer thought of all the little details especially the amenities and sanitary products. Close to shops and transport. Overall we had a nice stay. Thanks for Tam's welcome.

We enjoyed our stay here! The view is lovely! I am so glad someone met us there to show us all of the in’s and out’s! The tram station is close, walking along the promenade de Anglais was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony! They were very responsive to all of our messages!

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

Apartment was as advertised but for queen bed. It is a full bed, too small for two. Husband and i slept separately for 7 nites. Host said european and american sizes are different. I was specifically looking for a queen size.

Beautiful Airbnb right with a view of the beach, stayed for me and my twin sisters birthday - was perfect, was about a 20 min stroll to old Nice and ~3 min walk to the tram! (Definitely use public transit if you visit it was so nice and easy to use) Host gave list of recommendations prior to check in, we used many of their recommendations for food and stuff to do. Tam at check in also gave us ideas of things to do and was very helpful the entire stay!

We loved our stay here and found it to be an ideal location! The place was clean, quiet and had everything we needed, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Jennifer and her team were incredibly flexible with check in time and allowed us to store luggage on the front and backend of our reservation, which was a huge help to ensure we enjoyed every minute of our time in Nice. The large balcony with a view of the Sea was a great place to rest and unwind between our activities. An ideal location, just steps from Promenade D’Anglais. Walking along the Promenade to and from Old Town was a highlight of our trip, it’s about 20 minutes to get right into the center of town. There are also lots of spots for coffee and pastries steps out the front door, and a beach club right out the back gate to enjoy the beach at.

We had a great time! The apartment has beautiful sea views, and the sun-soaked terrace is extremely pleasant. The apartment is a little set back from the boardwalk, so it's safe from traffic noise. Its location at the foot of the tram made it very easy to get to the center and the old town. I recommend it!

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this beautiful apartment. Amazing view from the balcony where we spent almost every morning and evening. Tam was very welcoming and helpful. Both Jennifer and Tam were very responsive to all our questions. We had no problem checking in a little early, Tam explained everything and recommended restaurants. Easy tram ride from airport and very convenient with both bus along the Promenade and tram stop nearby. The beds were very comfortable bedrooms had lots of storage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need to cook if you wanted to. Grocery stores very close by. There was a feeling of being in someone's home with plants all around and nice decor. The bathroom was small but the shower was very nice. All in all, the place felt well loved and I would definitely stay there again.

We adored this apartment. Such a great location- steps from the beach, easy to get to Old Nice and other locations. The rooms are roomy and airy. And the balcony is a perfect place to eat meals and stare at the sea. Jennifer and Tam are two of the kindest and most attentive hosts we’ve had. Highly recommend.

The interior of the room was very beautiful and the view from the balcony was great. The cooking utensils were fully equipped so we were able to cook. It's a bit bit far from the center, but it's convenient because there's a lot of trams. The elevator was old and a little scary. Tam was friendly.

It’s hard to complement Jennifer and her crew enough. The place was spotless, in a PERFECT area with outstanding access to the more popular spots, yet quiet. Jennifer was very communicative and made sure we had all our needs taken care of. The views from the space are relaxing and make you feel at home. We’re from a beach city and were very, very satisfied.

A just fantastic apartment to enjoy the joys of the city of Nice. An incredible view 🤩 and a small bakery nearby to enjoy a breakfast on the terrace of the apartment. A small downside, the size of the bathroom is the size of the bathroom which is very small.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nice. The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean and with a wonderful view of the sea and at a great distance from the center. The apartment has everything you need during your stay. The hostesses were very helpful and willingly provided us with a cot and a bed for the children, and we also received a lot of great tips. The space in and of itself is beautiful. Communication with Jennifer was also excellent. Unfortunately, we had some issues. My bed had been not made and the functions in the apartment were not shown to us well (co-host) Fortunately, we were able to solve the problems immediately. Jennifer helped us in the middle of the night, which I really thought was awesome. Thank you very much for all your help

Tam's welcome was very friendly and warm. We felt right at home. The only minor criticism is the very small bathroom. Otherwise everything is great! We can definitely recommend Airbnb to others.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! The views are impeccable. The apartment is very clean. It is located in a beautiful part of Nice. There are so many things to do around the area. Both the host and co host we’re so friendly and easy to get in touch with. They gave amazing recommendations. Very peaceful at night. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was lovely and the view amazing! The best part of staying at this flat was sitting on the balcony, just listening to the ocean in the sun and in your own privacy. That experience is a bit of magic ✨ Location wise, it just doesn't get much better than this. The flat is minutes away from the tram stop and the ocean. There is a supermarket right nearby for any groceries shopping. And the kitchen is so well equipped it was so easy to cook! The beds and sofa are so so comfortable. The place looks so loved and taken care of, we felt right at home 🥰 Lastly, the booking and check-in experience was easy, Jennifer and her team are super responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you again, Jennifer 🙏🏻❤️
