The apartment was great to find, had a great location and it was richly furnished with everything you need. A warmer blanket would not be bad for mid-October… Two cute cats came to visit via the balcony, which made our son very happy😊. The balcony is large enough to have breakfast outside and the sea was mega close☀️. We would come back!

Fantastic location just down the road from the piéton with so many restaurants and shops. Central access to everything within a short walk.

Beautiful apartment. Steps from the beach & great restaurants. Walkable to Old Town. Airport pickup with keys is a great service (pd extra for this), along with being able to request beach towels. Would definitely recommend this place/ stay here again

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and an elevator. The only part we didn’t like was the fact we had to go to the agency first, then go to the apartment (15 minute walk in sunny Nice). It can be an inconvenience especially with luggage after a long flight. The balcony made up for it though, LOL! Other than that, awesome experience!!!

The location of this apartment is fantastic. It's close to the promenade, restaurants, shops, the beach and old town. After booking I was messaged by the host to fill out additional information on a 3rd party website & to enter my credit card for a damage deposit. I didn't feel comfortable with this since it was paid through airbnb & it was waived. The air conditioning did not work consistently. It was up to 80 degrees in the apartment. The first night it worked, but not the next 2 nights. I messaged the host to let her know. She said that the air in the building is centralized and not turned on until the middle of June. I asked about fans and she said there were none available. The next day we returned to the apartment and fans were delivered. The bed was very comfortable. There were extra pillows, but not enough pillow cases. The pictures online are very bright and well staged. We found the apartment to be dated. It did have a very nice bathroom with adequate hot water.

The apartment is very well located, it was perfect for us to go explore with our toddler. There is everything you need nearby, yet it stays quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed and the view from the balcony is lovely.

The place was clean, nice, and in a great location. The host was a little unresponsive and the place was a little sparse (we had to buy some essentials), but it was perfect as a place to sleep.

Very nice apartment in a very convenient location, very close to the beach and lots of popular restaurants. Apartment has all the amenities we needed except independent AC which made a difference to our stay as we were travelling with a 6 months old baby, and weather was pretty hot during the day (up to 25 oC. Unfortunately the listing includes AC/heating as one of the services but does not specify that it’s central. This meant that only warm air would come out during the period we travelled (First week of May) and we had to resort to leaving the windows open during the night or when we were at home. Street is pretty central so can be noisy during the night, hence having the window open isn’t ideal for families with babies.

Cute apartment that suited us perfectly. Two adults and one child. The sofa bed was very large and comfortable. Lovely with a view of the sea and very good location. Would definitely book this again.

Facilities: The elevator is big enough for the A/C cools down quickly and is very comfortable!The kitchen is a little small but enough to use and the washing machine works well.The balcony with a view of the sea is a definitely a plus!In addition, the public space in this building is very clean and safe:) Location: Amazing!!The house is right by the sea, and you can see the blue of the sea when you sit on the balcony, which is a happy experience in the summer.There are a lot of restaurants around, and the bus stop and supermarket are also nearby, which is very convenient. You need to go to the office to get the key yourself when you check in, but the handoff process with the staff is simple, so this is not a problem for us ~

The apartment is great! We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 and the location was perfect. Clean, safe, and close to all of the fun things in Nice! There can be some noise from the bar down below, but nothing too bad!
