The best thing about this apartment is the view and the amount of light that the apartment gets from the lounge. Check in was very brief as it was with the cleaner. We were given a large towel and a small towel each. No laundry detergent or extra toilet paper was provided for our stay. Not even washing up liquid. We bought it all. The bathrooms are in real need of a refurb. The apartment was not very clean. I would say average. The AC in the lounge did not work and when I asked for it to be fixed, the lady said it was not possible. There are no sun beds by the pool and no toilet facilities either. There’s a charm to the apartment and the view is lovely but that’s about it.

Lucienne’s apartment is beautiful and spacious with stunning views of Cap D’Antibes. It was the perfect location for our family vacation, in walking distance to restaurants and beaches in Juan Les Pins. We did have some trouble with WiFi connectivity, and there were some items missing that we would have expected to have stocked in the home like shampoo, laundry detergent and extra toilet paper, but overall we loved our stay and would stay there again.

The apartment is superb - very spacious, part of a smart well maintained complex in a quiet residential area yet within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants in Juan les Pain and not much further into Antibes. The views from the principal balcony were stunning and everything the photos promised. Our only criticism was that parts of the apartment were rather tired. A number of light bulbs were missing, one of the three blinds on the main balcony was out of commission, another was very dodgy as it opened and we worried it may fall down. There were only two rather old deck chairs on the balcony. If there had been four of us two people would not have been able relax properly. We felt there should be four modern sun loungers as the balcony is such a fabulous place to sun bathe. Other than that - a lovely apartment and we may be back.
