This apartment in Nice was actually much better than we even anticipated. The unit is very large, bright, spacious, well equipped, and centrally located. The air conditioning is a huge plus. Apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen, 1 with 2 doubles) as well as a sofa bed. Check-in was okay, though you will have to pick up the keys around the corner. Communication with the agency is good. It should also be noted that there is parking available in the building for 15euro a day, which is better than many of the garages locally (though, the spot is very small). Overall I would definitely stay here again - my family and I were very pleased!

Very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed it and the location is perfect. The only thing is that the bathroom had a noticeable sewage smell the whole time and the shower was dripping a bit. But other than that would highly recommend!

The location of the accommodation is perfect, in a quiet and beautiful area. Right opposite the tram station that goes to the airport. The view from the balcony is incredible, but the layout could be better and more comfortable. The air conditioning works very poorly. At its coolest, it reached 27 degrees, which is the same as no air conditioning! We had to sleep in the living room because the bedrooms were too hot. No fan provided on the grounds that the accommodation is air-conditioned! Communication with the host is very slow. A technician came, but it didn't solve anything. The decor is OK, but not very aesthetically pleasing, and there are a lot of unnecessary objects. A fan would have been much more appreciated. The place to look for the keys is nearby, but it wasn't clear at all how to get into the office. The heat pump on the balcony is very noisy and makes the balcony hotter. We were disappointed, but the location was great and the view was beautiful, although it was too hot to keep the blinds open!

This location is amazing and very centrally located! The apartment is large/spacious and exactly as described in the listing. While we had an overall good experience, there were a few issues we encountered: 1. You are directed to a different location to check-in and given the key. You then have to walk to the actual apartment. While the check-in location is only a 5 minute walk to the apartment, it was inconvenient to need to check-in somewhere else and then drag our luggage, etc. to a new location. 2. The curtains in the apartment are paper thin and do nothing to block the sunlight. We were there in May and the sun doesn't set until 9pm and rises at 5am. We were traveling with children and found it impossible to get them to sleep in the extremely, extremely bright apartment. 3. We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights and were provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, no tissues, and no trash bags. We had to purchase those all ourselves.

The flat is very nice, with a large dining/living area. The location is excellent, with a direct tram service to/from the airport right on the doorstep. Many places are easy to get to on foot – Nice is very compact. Communication went well, even though there was sometimes a bit too much information, some of which didn't apply to Airbnb guests, but that wasn't obvious. The request for an email address for communication is actually superfluous. We definitely felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would also book it again ourselves if we come to Nice.

Great spacious and clean apartment with good facilities, in an excellent location in Nice for restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach. Our host, Lucienne, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. The arrival instructions were clear and we easily found the apartment. Lucienne also quickly sorted the WiFi which went down during our stay. We all loved Nice and would stay in this apartment again if return in the future.

The apartment is centrally located, perfectly accessible from the airport via line 2, was very nice and bright on the 7th floor of a modern building with elevator and corresponded exactly to the descriptions. The communication with Lucienne went smoothly, questions were answered quickly. I had a wonderful time in Nice with my family!
