A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement. It is fully air-conditioned.

We were staining 5 persons(2 couples+1 person). Living room/kitchen is big and nice maybe even too big for 5 persons, but bedrooms are quite small(except master bedroom). Bathrooms configuration could be better(direct access from the bedrooms and should be separate bathroom for each bedroom. High Voltage Cables looks annoying just above your head. Over all location is not bad- 10-15min by car.

The house is beautifully located overlooking Nice and the sea. It is architecturally very nice. Also in October you can enjoy the late summer here. The outdoor area has a beautiful pool. The interior design is not completely ready. There is no catch in the house, for example, there is only a wardrobe in one of the 3 rooms. The pool was unfortunately cold and dirty, there was cleaning after multiple requests on the third day. After that, he was still stained with algae. There would have been a basic cleaning. No one could answer us the question of how to turn on the ambient lighting in the garden. Coincidentally, I discovered the fuse last night. Overall, the house and outdoor area were not well maintained, almost somewhat neglected. With the amount of the price, I can only recommend it to a limited extent
