We were staining 5 persons(2 couples+1 person). Living room/kitchen is big and nice maybe even too big for 5 persons, but bedrooms are quite small(except master bedroom). Bathrooms configuration could be better(direct access from the bedrooms and should be separate bathroom for each bedroom. High Voltage Cables looks annoying just above your head. Over all location is not bad- 10-15min by car.
