It has a swimming pool, a large terrace with dining area and wood-fired barbecue. It is equipped to accommodate 6 people.
This villa benefits from quality fittings and comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the lounge with dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms each with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) and the 3rd with a double bed (140 cm) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub as well as 4 toilets. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement. It is fully air-conditioned.
A 15 minutes' drive from Nice city centre, 4 km from the beaches and 1 km from the shops.
Nb: The villa is located in the heights of Nice, a car is strongly recommended.

This is the first time I leave a bad review on airbnb in 10 years. Do not book if you have mobility issues or no access to car. This is should have been made very clear in the description. No way to buzz in drivers so is a 15 min walk up a very steep hill to the gate. They are also the worst mattresses no covers just flat sheets. Took two days to bring towels too. Location and view was good thats about it. Overall bad experience and not worth the money at all.

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the ad. • High-voltage power lines and a pylon directly by the house were not visible in the photos, but were very noticeable and permanently audible on site. • The air conditioning was not working properly: cold air was constantly flowing in the living area, while in several bedrooms it could hardly be regulated. • All defects were reported immediately upon arrival. However, a technician visit or change of accommodation was only offered two days before departure. • The kitchen equipment was inadequate: blunt knives, no knife sharpener, no measuring cup. • There was only one house key and one gate key for five adults. • Black deposits came out of the jets in the hot tub, and the water visibly changed colour. Positive: A late check-out was made possible after multiple requests. The villa has potential, but the actual conditions on site did not correspond to the impression given in the advertisement in several respects.
