The flat was a great place for the brief stay in nice. Extremely close to old town and plenty of great restaurants near by. The apartment was clean and Lucienne has very helpful with getting a Plummer in to help with the slow shower drain.

My grown son and I feel lucky to have found this place. The tram stop is literally across the street. Steps away from the bustling Avenue Jean Médicin and yet still peaceful. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. My 6ft son had no problems sleeping on the couch and the two bathrooms came in so handy. Could not have been more pleased with this place.

The apartment was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. We had one minor problem with the shower which was addressed promptly. Highly recommended!

Great central location - 10min walk to both the beach and to the train station. Even though central, apartment was nice and quiet. Great welcome pack provided and lovely bottle of wine on arrival. Everything as described!

What a lovely stay! From our arrival time in Nice I was met with communications from the agency on how to retrieve the keys/where to go/check out instructions which was very helpful. It was clean and spacious with lots of large french windows that let in sunlight. The 2 separate bathrooms were great to have & the bed was nice & comfortable. Location-wise this couldn't have been situated in a better spot. It's right off of the main shopping street in Nice, and is just a short walk to the beach and Old Town Nice. Despite it being that close to such a busy street it was nice and quiet at night as the apartment is located on the 3rd floor (the elevator was also a major plus for this reason). 2 things worth noting though: one being that the main lobby area's light switch is located beside the elevator so it's super dark when you enter the building. Second thing - the keys were finicky with the lock. Half the time it worked, half the time it didn't. Otherwise, a great stay overall!!

This spot in Nice was perfect! It's directly off the tram stop coming from Nice airport, so you barely have to carry your bags at all (like, literally 100 feet at most from where the tram stop is). The check-in/out process was simple - and the place itself was perfect - and very French with parquet floors, big tall French door windows, a large main room and a nice sized bedroom. Everything was clean and as pictured on the listing. Short walk to everywhere. My wife and I often commented how good of a pick this place was - if it's available when you're looking to visit Nice and you're looking for a central location with classic French features - book it.

Location is very central, easy to get everywhere. It’s next to the tram arriving from the airport and you have supermarkets and shops close by. The Promenade des Anglais is 10-15min walk. The flat feels bigger than on the picture, very spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable:) There’s an elevator which was super useful with a pram! The property is managed by an agency, which was fine by us, we arrived on a Sunday evening so had to pick up the keys at a hotel nearby. We received a folder with clear instructions on how to get to the flat, keys, wifi code, etc. We loved staying in Lucienne’s flat, it was very cozy and comfortable.

Apartment was spacious, quiet and conveniently located. Cleaning efforts could be improved. Lucienne was slow to respond both before we arrived and during our stay when we had multiple problems with the TV (all instructions are in handwritten French so Translation app didn't help, had to request someone come over to help 2 days in a row, still didn't work so we gave up).

The apartment is beautiful, close to the sea 12 minutes' walk, close to the city center and the old nice is accessible by tram.

Great and spacious apartment in a very good location - Av. Jean Medecin can be reached in a few minutes, yet the apartment is nice and quiet.

The appartment was perfectly located. The responsible person of the rental agency did not always answer my questions or did it only with several days delay and sometimes the answers very unprecise.

Great location to visit Nice. Beautiful apartment, comfortable and very well located, a few dozen meters from Avenue Jean Médecin (very lively) but perfectly quiet.

Fantastic location close to everything yet VERY quiet and peaceful. My wife and I stayed here for 10 nights and would definitely come back here the next time we are in Nice. The apartment is very large, spacious with lots of light. Equipped with everything you need. Lucienne was also a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

Excellent location of the apartment. Everything you might need you will find in the apartment. Washing machine, dryer, iron, dishwasher, and so on. Few minutes walking to the beach. Groceries, shopping mall,restaurants and bars right next to the apartment. The apartment doesn't have a parking space ,but with patience you can find a payable spot on the street surrounding the building. We will definitely come back here next time .
