Easy check-in and the house had everything we needed and more - was a perfect place for a weekend with friends. We had no issues and great communication, thank you!

Second stay at this property, unfortunately this time was cold, the TV didn't work properly and one of our work group was savaged by what appears to be bed bugs. We will not be staying again.

The place is in disrepair need's a lot of maintenance It had no heating in one of the bedrooms. It wasn't ready when we arrived, the cleaner was still there when he left we found the bath was dirty as was the floors dishwasher crockery reported this and we got a £35 refund after spending £785. We had to clean the dishwasher out and clean all of the crockery hover all the floors, clean the washing machine out as is also stunk. bathroom and kitchen had to be cleaned. My wife and one of the other guests were bitten when in bed and other reviews have said the same. I would never stay here again it was a stay of nightmares. Sent pictures of all the complaints, and that's when we got a £35 refund which was insulting. NEVER AGAIN.

We stayed at the property whilst working within the area. Everything was exceptionally comfortable and exactly as described. We would happily book again when in the area.

Minimum Age 21 All reservations are subject to an ID check, all ID must be uploaded to our internal system, ID submitted must include Name, address, date of birth any ID submitted not including those will be decline and possible cancellation of your reservation. We do not accept guests from the same city as the listing. No smoking is allowed anywhere in this 3 bed Andover property. We want to keep the place looking and smelling fresh for all our guests. Unfortunately there will be an extra cleaning charge is the property smells of smoke. Please ask if you wish to bring a pet as there will be an additional charge. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please respect the privacy of our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially in the garden, and particularly between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. No Work boots in the property. The property must be left in a good state of cleanliness Pots washed up and no mud on the carpets. No Glass in the recycling. There will be a fee of £30 for any additional bed linen or towels used. Please only use the number of beds and towels appropriate for the number of people booked into the property.
