We got off to a bad start when we arrived and found the apartment in a total mess without clean sheets nor towels. The trash was still full from the last guests and we found cockroaches! However at 1 am, we reach out to the host and she even offered to come to get us clean sheets and towels which was very thoughtful. The next day in the morning the housekeeper came and cleaned up and the house was finally clean. We enjoyed our stay but the building smelled horrible though however its location is so worth it!
