Fantastic accommodation with a lovely balcony overlooking the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea. Newly renovated and very nice apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, except that a corkscrew was missing. We were welcomed by Paul right at the apartment. We arrived in the evening. He was very nice and showed us around the apartment and to the bin storage area. I would highly recommend both the apartment and Lucienne as a host!

Excellent location with direct view of the Promenade des Anglais. Well-divided accommodation to ensure tranquillity in the bedrooms. Easy access by tram. Some items for the kitchen are missing (e.g. tea towels and kitchen towels) and a foul smell in the bathroom. This last item has been brought to the attention of the owner.
