Excellent location with direct view of the Promenade des Anglais. Well-divided accommodation to ensure tranquillity in the bedrooms. Easy access by tram. Some items for the kitchen are missing (e.g. tea towels and kitchen towels) and a foul smell in the bathroom. This last item has been brought to the attention of the owner.

The apartment is comfortable and convenient, with its 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, kitchen equipped. The situation on the Promenade des Anglais ensures an incredible sea view. Located near electric charging stations, a direct tram stop to the center, bakeries and other shops. Excellent communication with the manager, efficient and responsive. Successful stay.

It was a very comfortable apartment, however only 3 mugs, had 5 guests , needed more pillows & towels , I left 2 bath sheets of my own , stain on main bed protector under sheet , we did ‘not notice until final day , it needed a good wash . I Wouldn’t have slept on it !! Perhaps some new cushions on couch, little shabby . But on a very positive note ….. We totally had a great time , clean entrance & perfect lift , kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay , had a great time, supermarkets near by which was very useful & bus /tram connections !! Otherwise we would recommend 🙂

Really nice stay. Clean big rooms. Beautiful view. There was what was supposed to be. Air conditioning made a little noise and the toilet smells a lot of sewage. It's a bit of a shame that we had to pick up keys so far away from the apartment. We had to take a taxi as it was a 10 minute drive away.
