Park is beautiful, sea view apartment and swimming pool is also beautiful. However, some things may be renewed in the apartment. Especially the bathrooms and cooking utensils can be renewed. So an upgrade inside is desirable and if that happens it's a really nice place. In terms of space, etc., it is wonderfully spacious and bright
