We stayed here for an extended work trip while setting up for Formula 1 in Monaco, and the location simply could not have been better. The apartment is an easy walk to the train station, making the daily commute to Monaco incredibly convenient. After long days onsite, we looked forward to the quick train ride back to Nice and the pleasant walk to the apartment. It gave us a chance to either gear up for the day ahead or unwind before settling in for the evening. There were five of us staying in the apartment, and while the kitchen is quite small, it is functional and worked well for our needs. The true highlight of this property is its location. If you're looking for a place that puts you right in the heart of Nice and within walking distance of everything, this is an excellent choice. Our favorite part was the patio. We started each morning with coffee outside and ended many evenings sharing a bottle of wine while watching the city come to life around us. Those moments became some of

This apartment is in a beautiful hotel billing overlooking a park in an excellent location. Views of the Mediterranean, park and town square. Lovely living space and rooms that was perfect for our group of 6 that included a baby. The kitchen served us well for light meals brought in, coffee and tea. Beds comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

It was a separate room in the hotel.It was very beautiful, the view was beautiful, and the location was good.The shower is a little old, but I don't think it will be a problem for a few days.

We were absolutely blown away with this apartment. It is literally a “secret apartment” in a 5-star hotel. The view from the outdoor deck/patio is breathtaking. The location absolutely cannot be surpassed - near the beach, Old Nice and walkable to everything! Each morning was a walk to pick up different pastries from nearby bakeries. The apartment itself is very large and easily accommodated 5 adults. Nice itself is also an amazing place to visit with easy public transportation (train) to Monte Carlo, Menton and Cannes. The visit to Nice is one of the best trips we’ve made and this apartment added to the enjoyment. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Nice.

This apartment was a fantastic deal for eight people! It's situated in the hotel but independent of it. All the amenities were perfect, the beds were comfortable and everything was as expected including kitchen, bathroom and AC. Thank you for having us!

We spent 4 nights at this place and it was just perfect! We had someone greet us at the main lobby to then take us to the apartment entrance. It inside of a nice hotel so you need to walk down the hall to reach the room. This place had a beautiful view from the balcony and it was very spacious for us to spend our time in Nice. I would book this place again if the time comes.

Spacious apartment on the 5th floor of a 5 star hotel, with access to hotel amenities. Not super luxe but very comfortable. Amazing balconies overlooking the old town and the sea. Note that there is no replenishment of supplies. Buy toilet paper if you are there for more than 2 days.

The location is excellent, close to everything and very walkable. The apartment is spacious and located on the 5th floor of a luxurious hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice apartment within the Anatara Hotel. The check-in requires the host to provide a card for the elevator and keys to the door. The air conditioning went down one night, but HVAC repairman was called that morning, with resolution by that evening. No other issues. A very nice stay. The Nice Jazz Fest main stage was viewable from our balcony, a nice thing despite the late hours. This is a place I highly recommend.

The location of the unit is the best! It is inside the hotel which is very nice and close to EVERYTHING! You can walk to so many restaurants, the beach and different parts of town. It is also close to the tram and train station — made it very easy to explore other cities. We had a family of 6 and we had plenty of space. Air conditioning units worked great which was a plus and you have a large fridge, Nespresso and dishwasher which was nice. We did have 1 small issue and she was quick to get it resolved. The walls were peeling in spots, there was signs of mold in several rooms which should be addressed. We also could have used more towels - some paper towels and toilet paper. We stayed almost 2 weeks and there was no replacements on anything. Overall- we had an amazing stay and loved every minute on the French Riviera. Thank you!

The apartment is within a hotel which adds an additional level of comfort and safety. The location could not be better. Host was very responsive before and during our stay. Apartment is spacious with a spectacular view.
