We were absolutely blown away with this apartment. It is literally a “secret apartment” in a 5-star hotel. The view from the outdoor deck/patio is breathtaking. The location absolutely cannot be surpassed - near the beach, Old Nice and walkable to everything! Each morning was a walk to pick up different pastries from nearby bakeries. The apartment itself is very large and easily accommodated 5 adults. Nice itself is also an amazing place to visit with easy public transportation (train) to Monte Carlo, Menton and Cannes. The visit to Nice is one of the best trips we’ve made and this apartment added to the enjoyment. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Nice.

We spent 4 nights at this place and it was just perfect! We had someone greet us at the main lobby to then take us to the apartment entrance. It inside of a nice hotel so you need to walk down the hall to reach the room. This place had a beautiful view from the balcony and it was very spacious for us to spend our time in Nice. I would book this place again if the time comes.

Spacious apartment on the 5th floor of a 5 star hotel, with access to hotel amenities. Not super luxe but very comfortable. Amazing balconies overlooking the old town and the sea. Note that there is no replenishment of supplies. Buy toilet paper if you are there for more than 2 days.
